Terrible. I went into the basement to check on them and they were hanging out SMOKING IN MY HOUSE. The place was filthy with dust when they left, they hit me up for an *extra* and, in the end, did not even get the chimney blockage removed. I found their cigarette butts the next week. Seriously?!
