Pretty good rates, from what I've seen. They're always quick to respond (even answering phones over the weekend, during inclement weather), and from everything I can see, quite honest with their estimates (with regards to what needs fixed - i.e., they don't 'upsell').

We've used them for AC and Furnace fixes over the past 10 or so years (3 AC, 2 furnace), and will doubtless continue to do so.
