Remodeling is already a very stressful time. Worrying about having a reputable company that has quality granite/ quartzite shouldn't be. I am a Realtor and River City Rocktops is not only who I recommend for my clients but who I used to remodel my personal kitchen. The sales rep Brooke is amazing. She makes sure that you you get everything you want without breaking the bank. Even if it's outsourcing the a super expensive quartzite that you told your wife we weren't getting. Lol. I wouldn't put my name on something like this if it was not all around the best experience you can get.

Amazing experience from the first visit to the showroom all the way through the last step of installation. I ran in to an issue where one single slab wouldn't be big enough for my island---which due to my initial error of measurement, I thought one slab would be. One week prior to install, after the template specialist measured correctly, Brooke let me know we had a dilemma and would be needing two slabs. I did NOT want a seam on a large island. She was quick to troubleshoot and I couldn't be happier. Pleasant encounters with every employee (showroom, demo crew, install crew).

I went to River city rock tops on a Saturday at 12:15pm. I purchased a remanent from them for $562 and paid by credit card. I called the company back three hours later they were close, but I left a voicemail. I called again on Monday to ask about getting a credit back on my credit card. The salesman that wrote up the order said he would work on it and will get back with me. He or anyone never called. I called Tuesday I didn't receive a call back. I didn't call Wednesday. I called Thursday, Then I was told that all though they were never out any expense for this sale, they will not refund my money, they want me to use it as store credit.

If this is the type of business that takes people's money and refuses to refund customers money, people should never do business with them. Buyer beware when you buy Anything from River City Rock Tops

Incredibly disappointed after a strong start. Kevin the salesman was very helpful and courteous. Price was agreeable and they were patient as we lineup up multiple contractors. Frank who came out to measure made his own template contrary to what we discussed. We lost our bar and counter extension. When team came to install they said it wasn't there problem and I was to call back to the store. Minimum 3-4 weeks before new counter could be ordered and I would have to foot the bill for Franks mistake. Installers also cut my water filtration lines instead of disconnecting them and failed to shut off the water cussing hinders of dollars damage to drywall and cabinetry. No apology, no recompense. Do not do business with RCR!

We met this company at the Home and Garden show. We asked them to provide an estimate for quartz countertops. From that point on - it's been down hill. Service is lacking or better not non existent. I rcvd a quote from some generic email server that basically stated if I want to accept the bid hit the link and it will start the process. What?! We are not talking about an inexpensive job! We called this company twice to follow up on our bid. First time our call was directed to some automated type messaging and routing system - with no luck. 2nd call was answered but we never rcvd a return call. Overall bad experience. Good job in loosing our business.

Update: Company replied to my response indicating they had tried to call me on multiple occasions. When asked what number they called it was not my number. Also two months after my post, I rcvd a call from a sales person asking if I would like to proceed with my order. (This was after the yelp response from the company). WTH? - apparently someone found my correct number. smh...

Wonderful customer service, great selection of countertops, and top quality products! Will definitely be back to do more projects!

Rivercity was one of three estimates I got for countertops. One was about 800 more that this company and the third company. In fact Rivercity was almost identical to the third estimate, the reason I chose this particular one was because of my interaction with Teresa. She is charge of sales, I believe. She was so helpful and friendly, she has experience with interior design and that came in handy when it came time to pick slabs. The install was postponed from a Friday to the following Monday because of equipment issues, but they made it up to me with a gift. I would use them again in a heartbeat, great customer service.

Shopped around and they beat everyone's prices. On top of that their work was great. They fabricated and installed granite in our whole house not to mention the 10ft island. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
