Roger Lamberson, PLC

Roger and Amanda have been great to me. This is my second year having Roger do my personal and PLLC taxes. I am so happy with them.

After calculating our taxes ourselves and because we are new homeowners, my wife and I thought it to be a prudent thing to get a little help this year so we posted our needs on Yelp. We made an appointment with Roger Lamberson after receiving a response from his office.

In years previous, I had been the victim of a predatory service so I also thought it to be prudent to ask a few reasonable questions this time around and as it turns out, Roger couldn't answer the simplest and fairest of questions without an incredibly entitled, condescending, and defensive response.
The question: "If our taxes were this cut-and-dry, (simple) what was the benefit to us in having a professional firm like his prepare our taxes?"

After a display of pseudo offense, he got up from his fainting couch and explained that never in his time had anyone asked a question like that - He handed our paperwork back to us and asked us to leave. :))

I'm not suggesting that Roger Lamberson, PLC is predatory but, it is my experience that in this day and age, businesses like this 'can' be predatory and out for a quick easy buck - People should be asking fair and reasonable questions like this if only to provoke and expose this kind of entitled and condescending behavior.

I should point out that our taxes were not overly complicated - We don't own rental properties or a business nor do we have an estate to plan and when you think about it in those terms, I suppose we're not as lucrative as folks who do but, that doesn't makes us any less important nor any less deserving of a thoughtful and reasonable response to a fair and reasonable question.
We deserved better and if like us, you're looking for better, Roger Lamberson isn't it.

Roger and his team were absolutely incredible. My finances changed beyond that of a W-2 this year and he was kind, patient, professional, and broke everything down in a manner that I could understand it. I'd be hard pressed to believe that 1 star review posted else where on this page. I will absolutely be using Roger and his team again and refer anyone I know with something simple or otherwise to him. Thank you Roger!
