They will take your money and do nothing. All positive reviews are fake! They will attack this post as it seems the monitor them very heavily. Beware! Do your research and you will see they were charged for fraud.

I needed to get my home mortgage modified, because of income lost and illness. I sought an advocate that referred me to theses crooks. They took my case in March of 2021. I was to pay them 3 installment payments of $700 and then I would resume my mortgage payments directly to my mortgage company. Needless to say I spoke with my mortgage company that was about to foreclose on my property in July and was told that the modification was not processed and I needed to now pay several months of back mortgage or risk losing my home. I notified Lisa from RLC at which time told me to make the payments they told me to make to the mortgage company. This did not sit right with me so I requested a refund on July 8, 2021, I received and returned the refund request documents immediately and then they started to give me the run around. I contacted the BBB and finally heard back from them. This is when they informed me that I would receive a refund. At this time I make arrangements to pay my mortgage company once the refund arrives. These crooks sent me $700 out of my $2100 and listed every call they made ranged from $30 to $100 this is a tactic they use to take peoples money. They did nothing to earn a dime. They didn't fulfill their obligation. Please Beware they are crooks. Work with your mortgage company directly and save yourself some time and money. Please expose these crooks. I am also disabled and have been facing hardships and this company has added to my stress. Run and Run fast!
