For this being my first visit, I can say that I liked the fat that when I walked in the door around 6 pm I was able to still be helped right away. It had been sooooo long since my last pedicure. And with being On the road for work, what better way to relax before grabbing a bite to eat. Clean atmosphere, the music they were playing was great. At the time they had 3 young guys working a 1 young lady. They close at 7 during the week. I chose to go with the $37 package just to give it a try. Was well worth it. My visit asked if I would also be interested in a manicure. I know that o need one lol but with the work that I'm doing I decided to wait until this project is completed. Was thoughtful. For sure a spot I would visit again

I go here every once in awhile to get a pedicure, sometimes it takes awhile for me to get them done but I don't mind the wait
Everyone is always nice and my toes always looks great after.

I have tried many different nail salons and this is the one I have kept going to for over three years. I love the atmosphere, decor, and the people. The service is always great and I've never left disappointed. Also, it doesn't overwhelmingly smell like a nail salon when you walk in. Anytime there is a wait, I've been offered a drink or snack also. Love the products they use and how they use lemons for a pedicure.

Well I won't go here again the girl could not understand that I wanted blue and red polka dots on two of my fingers and two toes she had to have a translator to tell her what I wanted and then the head person came up to me to make sure everything was ok which I did like but then she did my fingernails and cut my thumb nail with the dremel and then she was acting like she was pounding on the counter with her fist and saying no love here I think that's what she is saying and then she filed my skin next to 5 of my nails so I'm on my way to vacation and I have had to doctor my skin to take my finger pain away so this person is not a good nail tech in any way

Great manicure and very efficient! I stopped in on my lunch break to get a fill and gel manicure and they got me right in. From what they advised when I called, this place does not take appointments so I was hoping that they would not be busy when I arrived as I knew it is a walk in only salon. I checked in on their tablet, which was a bit wonky- it may need some maintenance. Next I checked out the selection of gel nail colors and WOW! What a selection!! I am unsure of the mans name that did my manicure but he was at table 7 and he was efficient and did a great job! The only thing I noticed that was different than I have ever seen in the hundreds of manicures I've had is he did not apply a base coat- so we will see how this holds up. I'm not a professional so maybe it's totally unnecessary?! Overall, great experience and I will return.

I have went here since I first started getting my nails done, I just went after over a year of not getting my nails done. Although the lady was nice, she kind of made me feel like I wasn't doing good enough for her because my hand movement was awkward. On top of that, when I asked for regular polish she sighed and said "they cost the same price" really loud... I felt so embarrassed to the point of tears. My nails have air bubbles, bumpy, misshapen, I have dried dripping acrylic underneath of my thumb nail that is connected to my skin, I assumed it would unstick to my nail after a day but it hasn't and is extremely painful. On top of all of that I literally had to sweep nails off the chair in order to sit. I have had good results from this salon before which is why I have returned for years, but I won't be again...

First time at this location 3 days ago for a full set. Andrea did a 5 star fantastic job on my full set, coffin shaped French manicure! She was super friendly & frequently made sure I was happy with the length, color, shape etc.

1 star deducted as when I arrived I was seated at a station with lots of traffic (right next to the hall & door). I was moved to a station in the back as I decided on a different form or manicure (dipping powder). Throughout my manicure, I did not see staff spraying down nor sanitizing chairs/ products/stations etc like I have seen at other nail salons. There was plexiglass partitions at each station partitioning clients. However this was not the same for staff or those waiting.

Another star deducted as I also watched as a customer near me received eyelash extensions as well as a separate lady got her eye brows waxed. The staff member used the wooden wax stick that was previously sitting in the wax bowl, she waxed her client using the same stick (dipping it into the wax repeatedly), and then left the used stick on the side of the wax bowl (likely to be used again) I don't know the details for waxing but I would think once a product touches a client, it should not be double dipped or used multiple times again and again as a cross contamination issue may arrive. Also during the eye lash application the staff used tweezers and did not sanitize them before nor after the application processes. Just gave off a rushed & unclean vibe in my opinion. Also there was a sign was posted in the front lobby area that I read while waiting. Last line stated *no videotaping*, so I respected this regulation. I was pleased with my French manicure by Andrea however.

Horrible service today. Yesterday I called to make an appointment. They told me they don't take appointments, walk ins only. So this morning I go to the salon to get a pedicure. I'm told that I had to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Their front window says "walk-ins welcome", their website says "walk-ins welcome" and they told me on the phone. So, I didn't get my pedicure there, I went to another salon where walk-ins were very welcome. Lost my business forever.

I waited an hour and a half for a 30min foot massage that was barely 15min. Biggest waste of time and money. I will not go back or recommend.

This is has been my go-to place to get my nails done since the place opened, and usually I have pretty decent experiences, which is why I'm giving a 2/5 stars. Yesterday, I went to get a full set and they were very busy so I got sat with the owner, and she did my nails. Usually when I get her, she walks away for minutes at a time quite often, so I wasn't very excited. My nails looked great, but she rubbed my skin raw on almost all of my nails with the nail file. Not the electric one, but the normal ones. She made me bleed twice, and when I got home I noticed that on almost all of my other fingers I also had small cuts on the skin right beside my nails. I paid over 60 dollars for these nails, and usually you go to the nail salon to feel pampered, not to come home with burning cuts on your fingers that don't heal for days. I am so disappointed and I don't think I'm going to be coming back here ever again. It's really hard to get me upset, so I brushed it off when she made me bleed, but she didn't even offer me a discount for my nails. Really sucks. Don't mind my hands, I work with them.
