The quality of the services is good, but some of the employees are rude. In my experience, don't bother calling to make an appointment. Just walk in, they do first come first serve regardless. We called and made an appointment for 12:30 for my mom's birthday. We weren't seen until 1:30. My sister paid with her card and planned on leaving a tip in cash. When she returned the signed receipt for her card to the cashier, the cashier seemed offended and asked "no tip?". I think this is very rude, and they made her feel like she had to tip, even though she was planning on it anyways. I would still recommend them based on the quality, just don't let yourself be pressured to spend more and plan to be there for awhile.

Went in on a Saturday and could not believe how well the staff communicated with customers during the rush. No one was standing around wondering where to go or who was next.
Clean, friendly and lots of opinions.

I am VERY disappointed how they treated my 17 year old daughter and took advantage of a child. She went there to get lashes done, and first all, they were nowhere near what she'd asked the tech to do or even compared to the photo she had shown her of what she wanted. She put them on, and my daughter said they looked good, but then the tech just snipped them straight across, which resulted in a blunt cut to them making them look so obviously cheap. My daughter gets lashes from the dollar store and can glue them on better. I should have gone with my daughter because, on top of it, they decided to give themselves a $30 tip!!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of a teenage girl who obviously makes FAR LESS than you do! She saved her money so she could spoil herself, and this just completely ruined it for her. She had a previous experience with them for her nails, which turned out nice, but they filed down her nails a little too deep to where her nails were sore. Shame on you for taking advantage of people like this and charging something she did NOT authorize. That is THEFT!!! Oh, and she even gave a cash tip before she paid for the services. The charges did not show up until after we viewed her bank account. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CHILD!!!

Lani was my mail tech and she did an amazing job matching my design and was so accommodating to me and my sister when we went for manicures.

Got my my nails done by Lani. She did a really good job with the nail art. The pedicures are great here as well I'm nice massage and will scrub your feet. They do not have a strong old-school nail salon smell. A huge collection of colors for you to choose from gel, powder and regular nail polish. They do really cute designs and have lots of options if you are unsure or can kind of guide you if you'd like as well.

One of the best in the area! The staff is friendly and accommodating.They take their time to make sure you're happy with the service before you leave.

Worst experience ever, filed my polish off instead of using polish remover, and filed the top of my nail on one toe too thin. It hurts pretty bad. We also might as well have not made appointments, we had 2 for 10 a.m., and they sat us in a chair soaking, and left us for 45 minutes. I think they just take whoever and ignore the appointment book. We had to pick kids up from Kindergarten? So we didn't have lots of time. When they finally worked on us it was very rushed, not relaxing at all. Sucked, worse pedicure I've ever had. And they wanted me to pull cash out at their ATM to pay and get charged fees. This is so ghetto

I've been completely satisfied with all of their services. Everyone is very polite and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable for the overall experience. Definitely recommend.

I went there due to not wanting to drive to my nail lady after unpacking and moving into my new home in Roy a few weeks ago and it was a great experience and was very pleased on how I was treated as a customer.

I returned today expecting the same treatment and I was surely fooled to think I'd be able to get a fill / full set - the women was so nasty she legit ripped off two nails and laughed the whole time I was trying to tell her that method wouldn't work and she had the nerve to put glue on my nail to stop the bleeding. I removed one nail and said to myself honestly how many women come into this shop and get treated this way that look like me ( yes a women of actual color) not a Hispanic/Asian decedent an actual Black Women???? Not many and this is the legit reason why this community aka the Asian nail techs are being targeted for mistreating others. The manager/owner didn't care to step in and help she just sat in awww and allowed her staff to dismiss a paying customer. No worries I went else where and received great service and much better nails.
