Royal Nails & Lashes

It's been way too long that I have seen someone actually take care in doing a gel manicure. Sadly it's all about big ticket items and if you're not spending $60+ on your nails, you don't usually get good work. Most don't even bother taking the time to file your nails and pretend to cut the cuticles.

Not today! Today I went to Phan and he is meticulous about his work...thank you for a beautiful job in my nails. The young lady next to him was doing equally great work and amazing artistry on her clients nails, taking the time to shape and paint each nail to perfection.

The owner Emily was warm and welcoming, a very nice vibe. I highly recommend and will be back!!

Every time I come here I'm waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled time . A nail tech stopped my nails to go eat & when being switched to someone else the other nail tech was extremely tough rushing on my nails .

I love coming to Royal Nails! I look forward to my appointment every 3 weeks. I think their nail techs have a lot of talent doing clean work and skilled designs. I have been going to Zoey from the beginning. She is a perfectionist. She may go over on her time with each client but that's because she wants her client to be satisfied. They always shape my nails exactly how I want it. Their social media account also inspires me to see what I want to do next.

I have tried this salon at least four times and have had a problem on three of those visits. First, some of the techs do not speak enough English to communicate. I selected a cats eye color and, from the beginning, told the tech that he was using the WRONG color. Had to start over again completely from scratch because he kept insisting that I was wrong. Next time, my gel manicure was rushed so that the tech could leave to walk her dogs. Finally, last week, my tech had to stop in the middle of my gel manicure to go do a pedicure because someone didn't show up for work. My service was "completed" by a woman who was handling two clients at the same time. Every gel manicure has chipped within one week because they rush me.
Every time, I had an appointment so I should have been expected! I'm done with this place.

I can't believe this place doesn't have 4-5 stars!!! Check out their Instagram for amazing nail art. I've been going here regularly for over a year and the manicures are always outstanding. I have gotten every kind, regular polish, gel, powder, acrylic, tips/no tips, and all looked great & lasted a long time.
They actually helped me grow out my natural nails longer than I've ever had them!

The pedicures are average but they do have luxury chairs that use airbags to massage you.
If you just want a standard mani pedi you can go almost anywhere but if you're looking for something unique or next level this is the place to go!

Amazing customer service as usual. The woman at the front desk is always pleasant, no matter who it is. I've never felt mistreated coming here. As the owner (I believe) Emily did my nails; several other techs came over to look at her work which is always a lovely thing to see. I will say she did an amazing job as she should. She just does not seem like she wants to work on doing nails. It felt rushed. I've been coming to this spot for over five years and always come back. It's very clean and always such polite service. I've also recommended many to this nail shop. I've also brought family and friends to this nail shop. Only negative I have to say is about the owners service.. she runs a beautiful business but should work harder personally on making her clients happy. After all she is the owner. Love this place though and will forever come back.

I was able to go back to the young girl, she was so kind and fixed my nails
for me. She had great customer service and there was no wait at all.

Went to this nail salon today and she made my nails so stubby and not the length i asked for. It wasn't the shape i asked for either and i was overall very unhappy with the service. I kept asking the technician, Cindy, to fix my nail and the shape and she kept telling me "that's how my nail is shaped" and that she can't fix it even though i've always gotten them done the way i wanted. I left very unhappy with my nails. I called them an hour later and they denied me a refund and the receptionist would not let me speak to someone about my refund so she wasn't cooperating with me as well. Overall horrible salon and would not recommend going there at all.

I love this shop! It's very clean, techs are kind, & prices are fair. I have been going to "My" (nail tech) for over 11yrs now & will never leave her! :) It is a great spot to get a manicure, pedi and even lashes.

Love this salon the nail technician are amazing my nails always come out perfect but unfortunately the front desk ladies are really rude and always has an attitude. They do not know how to answer the phone properly. I waited 20 minutes on the phone without speaking to anyone to only make an appointment that takes 5 minutes ended up hanging up on them because no one took me off of hold. Recommended this salon but they need better front desk ladies!!!
