Had my car broken onto last week.
Window was smashed and glass was all over the car.
Insurance towed to Ryong Auto Body.
It was repaired quickly, the glass was cleaned up and they cleaned my car inside and out.
Lovely to deal with. Owner is kind and friendly.
They do everything from A to Z for all cars.
Fast and reliable.
Would recommend to all and will be returning

The staff at Ryding Auto Body were helpful, professional and extremely kind. This was my first accident (with a nearly brand new car) and I was unfamiliar with all the insurance, estimates, etc. They made it all very easy -- and even helped me figure out how to apply (and get) a waiver from my insurance company on the deductible because I was deemed not at fault in the accident.

They did an amazing job on the car -- it looks good as new and they completed it on time too! They were also extremely accommodating with my schedule (I was travelling and wanted to drive the car and get it repaired while I was out of town). I would highly recommend them!

Had a fender repair done this week. The guys were great. We weren't running through insurance, and when they learned that, they rushed it for us in 2 days, including feathering the paint into current body panels, so we could save money on a rental. Repairs were seamless, and whole car was cleaned inside and out.

We got three quotes before deciding on them, and they were the most reasonable (by $400.00). Yes, the place looks a bit run down and dated, but don't be fooled. The staff, especially Rocky, were friendly, very knowledgeable, and took good care of us.

Hopefully we'll never need to use them again (!!!), but if we do, we'll definitely be going back.

I went here because this is the shop our Hyundai dealer uses. I figured enough of looking for 'cut-rate' shops as in the past.

I was extremely pleased by the workmanship -- good as new. Customer service was excellent -- I found the owner Mark a pleasure to deal with. Best of all, I do not believe I paid any premium for these terrific results.

Would not give me a quote on the phone for a car bumper replacement . Told me to bring it in , and expected me to tow the car to his place just to get a quote ! I don't know why this place has a 5 star rating , but I'm sure with more reviews it will go down !

Ryding Auto Body has been our family's go to shop for the last number of years because they are reliable, fair priced, and work hard to ensure the job is done effectively and efficiently. Mark is knowledgeable & helpful throughout all stages of the process. Highly recommend!

We've used Ryding Auto Body for 14 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Working with Mark and Rocky is a pleasure, the quality of the work is top shelf, and the value has always been very fair. Whether for insurance work or otherwise, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have to give Ryding Autobody 1 star because apparently I can't give them zero. This is absolutely, without a doubt, the worst body shop I've ever been to. I'll spare the colourful language and keep to the facts because, otherwise, this whole thing'd get really offensive. The friend who hit my rear driver side quarter panel insisted on me giving this shop a try because their quote was cheaper. If it doesn't work out, she'd pay for me to go to the shop I originally wanted to go to.

Long story short, I was in and out of Ryding for a total of 6 times for them to fix the mess they made and re-do their crap job. They treated my time and my car with total lack of respect and professionalism. The first time I got my car back, the area they painted was in a different shade of silver and the areas where they blended the paint had rough and visible blend marks. I sent the car back and upon its return, the blend marks were gone but still in a different colour. There was overspray on my mirrors, windows and interior dashboard. There was also overspray on the rubber trim around my rear window, to fix it, they simply cut off the rubber and painted the area under it black. They finally got the right colour paint on my car but completely messed up the metallic flakes. Oh, and clear coat started to flake off after 2 days. I repeatedly returned to get them to correct their mistakes until they told me not to go back there anymore - so I guess the life time warranty described on their website isn't something they'd honour. It's one thing to be incompetent and it's another to be a liar.

Go there if you are poor, want it done cheaply and quickly, and don't really care about your car. Don't go there if you cannot stand incompetency, or remotely care about your vehicle. I was glad that they refused to honour their warranty because I got to send my car to another shop - my friend who hit me was kind enough to pay twice to get my car fixed.
