The worst of the worst of the worst. I paid 750 for cut color and keratin and not only do i not have keratin in my hair, my hair is falling out and the cut was horrible. This salon is a rip off. Please do not believe any reviews about Francesco as he is a liar. He is so full of himself and does not put any keratin in your hair

Made an appointment for color and blow dry - was very specific that i am coming from a meeting and might be a few minutes late. I had a 4.30 pm with steven and arrive at 4.37 pm - he was gone - not even bothered to call me.
Unbelievable.
Update: Marcelo - owner of the salon called an apologized for Steven.
Offered appointment with Ashly for next day. Didnt manage to get my color in but at least a blow out.
Ashley did a great job. I have very culry hair and they are straight with some movement and volume- no frizz at all so fat.

My very first visit to this salon left me happy and delighted. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Mostly though, I have to rave about Vincente. I explained what I wanted to do with my hair. I needed a rescue from having had former hair disasters. Vicente did such an amazing job on my hair color. I left with a better color, cut, style and texture and a big smile from happiness.
I will always return here because of the wonderful experience I had today.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me kindly upon my arrival to the salon. Steve, my stylist,, was well prepared and knowledgeable in helping to select the best color and style for my hair. He was also very helpful when I inquired about styling products. I love my cut and color! I will definitely return and request Steve!

Everyone was so kind, the salon is clean, the shampoo girls are very helpful and do an awesome job. Vicente' is such a breath of fresh air so positive and so talented I'll be coming back every 6 weeks!

Pauline is a true artist! She is not only amazing at cuts but her coloring skills stand out as best of the best! Been to so many stylists who could never find the perfect blend for my dark hair with red tones that is turning grey....she makes everyone question that I wasn't always a blonde! Words can't describe how amazing she is....anyone who has gone to her never switches - can't beat perfection!

Over the years I have gone to almost every salon in Boca Raton- but not until I found Pauline did the magic occur! She is a true artist- with both cut and color. She was able to turn my naturally very dark brown hair that has auburn highlights with lots of gray into the most beautiful blonde! When I first went to her she was able to color correct and now knows exactly the different combinations of color, highlights, lowlights, and conditioning treatments I need . I can't believe how lucky I was to find her, and how wonderful that salon Chenzo is close by !
