Shelley T.Massillon, OH34461Mar 6, 2019First to ReviewJust moved here and went to this salon on a friend's recommendation. The salon is pretty tired looking with cracked seats and older fixtures. Another client was complaining LOUDLY on her cell phone to a carpet store that didn't treat her well and she totally ruined the experience for the rest of us clients who had to listen to her rant. The staff did not do anything to divert her conversation to a more appropriate place and time. I thought they should have offered something to compensate us for enduring this.
