Since I asked them to do designing for my website, I have received numerous amount of compliments from friends and family. That says it all.

Mr. Inui responds emails within 24-48 hours. His email is always easy to understand. This was my original concern as I was unsure how I can convey what I want on my website by just emails. However, their professional work just overcame my concern. Now, when I even vaguely tell them how I want my website to look like or what I want to add or what not, they can do it.

(3) honesty.
you are paying your hard-worked money. so, you do not want to spend on someone that is not trustworthy. Mr. Inui is always honest with me such as what he can do and cannot do, and how much his work would cost. Mr Inui is very humble and likable.

Before I asked Samurai Web Works to work on my website, I asked a few other companies. Their cost was double of Samurai's.
