T.L. C.Cincinnati, OH018Mar 4, 2020I live in Ohio and have a retired tenant in my condo for the winter. The wi-fi signal from a 6-month-old modem/router died suddenly. I'm somewhat tech-savvy but the tenant is not and I was not confident I could trust troubleshooting results from a distance. I called Sarasota Network on a Sunday morning. Franklin answered and was already out and working on another job. He was willing to meet my tenant that afternoon and was actually able to arrive 2 hours earlier than planned. The tenant said he was pleasant and very thorough and he communicated with me regularly while he was there about what he was finding. I'm a happy customer.
