He was taking pictures at my brother's wedding, which he didn't have permission to do and was not included in his contract. When we questioned him he got very defensive and didn't want to show us his pictures. He had only taken pictures of the teenage girls at the reception. He yelled at the bride over our accusations.We paid him and made him leave immediately but he packed up so slowly. Very rude, very unprofessional, and we will be looking into this further. Do not hire Dan Gustafson for anything.

He told me that he would throw in the curtain lighting if he could use the pictures of my event for his advertising. I said sure. I called back a day later and we set a time to meet at an agreed time. On my way there to meet him to sign the contract and get the details finalized, he calls me and tells me that he doesn't have a DJ for that day and he doesn't know if he can get one and he will try and let me know. I said OK what happened and he said he must have forgotten about that event he scheduled him for....
Meanwhile, trying to remain calm, because my event is less than 30 days away, he tells me he might be able to find another DJ to cover it but the price may be more now. He also starts asking me about uplighting and curtain lighting and that it is very expensive and he is going to have to charge for it. I said wait, you just told me 5 days ago it was free? Why are you charging me now? He goes into this long speech about expenses and what not. I said you quoted me free and it should be free then. He then tells me it would be an additional cost of $150.00 and I said your Facebook and website states $100.00 why the additional cost? He says because it is short notice?
Stay clear of this service, get everything in writing so he can't change the price on you. I felt like it was unprofessional to say you could do it and then say he can't.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1
