Derrick and his team was on-time everyday, responsive to all my messages, and kept me completely in the know for each and every item on our list. He followed up with us after the work was completed. His team replaced my interior panel, exterior service panel, upgraded service to my WH, installed lighting and ceiling fans, added exterior outlets, and added some additional interior circuit runs.

He coordinated the process so well that I was only out of power for less than 12 hours while waiting for inspection and service reconnection. This was critical for me as I work from home.

His price was 100% on point. He deserves 10-Stars.

His work has been thoughtfully planned, explained well, and extremely reasonable. He's remained positive and accommodating, even when presented with the repeated challenges of rewiring a 90 year old home. He truly goes above and beyond in every aspect, and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone needing quality and reliable electric work.

Top notch service, after being told my heat pump was working fine by a prior HVAC technician, he arrived on time and explained (after about 10 mins in my attic) that one of my heating elements were burned out causing the other one to over work itself. Finally problem solved!! When in doubt get a second opinion. I recommend Scales Construction he gets the job done!!

The best thing I can say about this business is he's honest. No games to pad his pocket. He came in and diagnose my problems. He took the time to explain what the problems was and explain how he were going to correct it. He then fixed them just as he said. No more issues. I will not hesitate to contact him again and I plan on it if needed. Great prices too!
