Seals Electric did an amazing job on my EVSE install. I gave them a call and Mr. Seals was able to come out and install a new circuit for my charger the same day I called. When there were a few complications due to the construction of the home, he explains the situation and what options I had. At the end, I was more than satisfied by his workmanship and plan to use him for some other projects I have.

PLEASE read this review and others for transparent prices and honest reviews before getting blind sighted and swindled. MULTIPLE reviews support the SAME situation of upcharge of $575.
Husband spoke to the scheduling representative and asked for a technician to come out for a diagnostic, they sent out a contractor and they identified an issue in the diagnostic and when we said thank you for your opinion we will look at repairs elsewhere because the price to replace a receptacle (wall outlet, non-GFCI) was quoted at $575.00 and that was something on a single income we were not comfortable paying, and he would not accept that as resolution for agreeing to just pay for a diagnostic assessment (roughly ten minutes to walk and talk of contractor time spent 'assessing').
Tim, said no, out the door this is $575 for services to include changing the receptacle. I said the only services rendered was the diagnostic we asked for, and asked for the price of a diagnostic and for 20+ minutes he refused to answer my question about how much a diagnostic assessment was. He kept saying I was taking advantage of him when no other services were performed. He became very disrespectful and said that he "hopes I get what's coming to me and hopes that I have horrible issues with my home", and all that. I agreed to the $150 diagnostic and to be done with him. Owner of Seals Electric, Tim Seals, is a terrible electrician and would not recommend him. Our appointment was scheduled for 9-11 am. He didn't show until 2:30 pm. He completed electrical work including installing a panel that cost $3700 and didn't even label the breakers and wanted to charge an additional $150 for labelling. He left the wiring exposed and did not complete the work in a professional manner. Customers beware!

The owner Timothy Seals is very cocky, arrogant, and lazy. He is also a one man show and will do the minimal, but with a high price tag. My advice is to seek other options! Get three quotes before scheduling work with Seals. He will apart to be cheaper in the beginning to get your money then track on other fees.

Tim has gone above and beyond what he was initially hired to do! BG&E shut off our power when our breaker box began to spark and they told us it needed replacing. Enter Tim. Tim was out at our house the very next day with everything he needed to replace our box, and he stayed with us every step of the way while we were navigating the very overly complicated system that is BG&E. He even stayed on speaker phone with me and BG&E while we were trying to work out the logistics of getting our power switched back on. He has checked in with me, my roommate, and our landlord, making sure he has done everything he could possibly do to help make this very frustrating process easy on us. He is someone we will call again should anything else arise in the future, both at this house and anywhere else we may be living in the future. Thank you for all your help, Tim!

Seals Electric is definitely a 4 star company for me! Mr. Seals was professional-timely-courteous. 7-26-19-My home lost power and I was so glad that it didnt take him long to figure out what was wrong and FIX IT...before temperatures got out of control! Thanks and I recommend this company!
