Shaggy 2 Chic Pet Spa

Took my newly adopted kitten here today for a flea bath because I noticed a couple fleas on him last night. They were able to take me in immediately when I called this morning, which was nice.

After a couple hours, I went to pick him up, and she told me that she did not notice any fleas on him. Weird. So I went home and used a flea brush on him and found at least 10 FLEAS. Luckily most were dead but I did find one that was still alive. Also found a good amount of flea poop left too. Pretty disappointing, especially since they were so easy to find with just a quick brush.

On top of that, he still had the same eye boogers on his cheeks that he had when I dropped him off. I ended up having to wipe them off myself. At this point, I'm asking myself, did she even wash him?

If I take my pet to get groomed and cleaned, I'd expect them to get, well, groomed and cleaned, and certainly not have to finish the job myself afterwards. They clearly did not do a great job of that.

Giving 1 extra star because they were cheap and were able to take me in immediately, but I would never go here again.

Best dog groomer around! Great customer service and great prices. I'm so glad I found this shop.

so here it is:
my mom and sister took my 2 dogs to this place and we receive a call from "HOLLY" she says " you have to come and pick up your dog the other bite me in the face and we wont be able to groom them" my sister asked her what about the dog that bite you she says he ran away he jumped a gate and escaped thru the front door!!!! by then my sister freaked out and yelled how can this happen!
This place is trash and they should no be able to have this business open! how can you trust them with your dogs!
WE SEARCHED OURSELVES for our dog every where they did not care about him and let him go
Our dog was later found in the nearest animal hospital he had been ran over by a car. MY DOG DIED BECAUSE OF HOLLY AND THIS TRASH PLACE!!!!!
First of all if your career is grooming dogs you have to be aware that they might bite and they must have all doors closed!!!!
I completely blame them for this they were responsible for my dogs death! and them trying to remove my post proves that they dont care for dogs!!
if you love your dog and see them as family dont take them HERE!!! dont!! holly is horrible and irresponsible!!!

I need more than 5 Stars for Shaggy 2 Chic Pet Spa!!! This pandemic and being a senior citizen, has not been easy on my baby girl, Crimson. She was looking like a homeless mutt rather than a through-breed ShiTzu! But we can always count on her favorite groomer to come to her rescue and get her all dolled up again.

Thank you so much for reopening and grooming Crimson. We have missed you!
I was so very pleased when I picked her up yesterday with her new longer cut.

My doggie had a great groom here. I asked them to shave her down since it's summer and she doesn't need all of that fur. She looked so cute when she was done & she had two sparkly little barrettes in her hair that she quickly ripped off. Lol. I dropped her off in the morning & they called me a couple of hours later to come pick her up.

The cost was $60.00 which is about what most places charge. I'm happy with her groom & I will be back.

My puppies are actually shaggy when I bring them in and they look great when I pick them up. Will always bring them here. And bonus right now they have treats for dogs. They love them.

I love Holli's services! I've been going to this place for almost 2 years and it's always a pleasure talking with her. She has the best prices for dog grooming in the area and sometimes she gives a cute bandana afterwards. She's able to file down all his nails every time. My dog always smells good and feels so soft too. Recently she changed her shampoo and the shedding has reduced so much! Happy owner and happy dog :)

Great service! I called the same day & was able to get an appointment for my morkie! Great hair cut and very genuine groomer. She listened to exactly what I wanted for my pups cut and executed it perfectly! I'm extremely happy & will be back!

Brought my two dogs in for the first time and they both had an amazing experience! She was super quick unlike other pet spas that finish your dogs grooming and just keep them there without letting you know. She was super sweet and our dogs look AMAZING!!!!
