She did a good job when she would show up. Multiple no call, no show, and no text from her. I understand things happen but at a minimum could send a text to cancel instead of me waiting 30 min and giving up. It happened twice to me and once to my parents.

Didn't even show up to the appointment we had scheduled. Another woman was there waiting for her appointment as well and got the run around and said another woman before her left a note on the door (which was taken off in between her leaving and coming back again). So she obviously came back to the shop but kept telling customers she was coming at 11am and shortly afterward shut off her phone. I understand it's hard to keep employees but it's absolutely disrespectful to manage business that way. I took PTO that day. Very inconsiderate.

took my dog to be groomed here 3 times, first two times went great. cut was great, pup seemed to love her, and she was super friendly. third time I showed up for appointment, she claimed I had shown up for the wrong day. no problem I figured I had messed up my dates and rescheduled, but then she reached out to me 3 times and rescheduled that appointment. finally i am scheduled for a Saturday groom and am reached out to 30 mins before scheduled time to reschedule again. I had prior plans so couldn't push it off to the next day. I take my pup for the agreed upon time, the groomer is 45 mins late. at this point I'm just happy someone is here to groom her. after dropping my dog off, I get a call within 10 mins saying my dog is way too nervous (my dog can be anxious, but has never had issues having a grooming completed before) to be groomed and need a to be medicated. at this point I just go grab my pup and call it a loss. this took place a few months ago and we are in with a great groomer now, just wanted to let some folks know our experience.

Shaggy To Chic pet salon here in Bowling Green: Showed up for our appointment on a Thursday and it was closed. Spoke with her finally that afternoon and she said she was sick and rescheduled for 11-1pm on Sunday. Sunday she was overwhelmed and said it would be an all day appointment because of a matted poodle and she was going to be there until 8 pm and how she still didn't feel well. I said let's reschedule then. She rescheduled me for the following Sunday. Again... showed up and she was closed. I called, texted, and she never responded. I found a new groomer. It's been a while since then and she still never called to apologize, explain, nothing. I understand things happen but wow. Very unprofessional. As a groomer she was fine, no issues with how my dog was treated, or groomed. Just can't take the no shows and not calling. Then after posting my review on her facebook page she blocked me and took down her reviews. So be careful, you never know how many others have left a bad review and she blocked them and is hiding it. I can't trust a business like that.
