Had a pedicure at 2:45 today. While the person was okay, at 10:00pm the nail polish rubbed off.

my nails look fabulous! the man doing my nails was very aggressive and while he was putting oil on my hands he started to give me a hand massage. he tried to tell me what length my nails should be and I told him no. he filed the side of my finger and made me bleed. he had cut one of my nails and THREW it at my eye. unacceptable. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER...

I went here on a weekend. During moms weekend at that... It is no excuse as to why my gel nails are chipping after not even 48 hours of having them done. Unacceptable. They even put three coats of gel on them. Driving to Lancaster from now on.

Had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time in the first place-then less than three days after getting my nails done the corners started chipping off

Please don't got here! If you want to be respected and taken care of, go somewhere else.

Rude, inconsiderate, injured my friends, and overall poor quality.

I've never had acrylic nails before but I have had gel polish and cat eye design many times, so I know I should not have had issues with my nails. The first person that did my acrylics didn't paint the tips of my nails correctly so they kept chipping and wearing on the ends. I went back in and they fixed it for free, but the second time I went in, the owner was the one who fixed it and he was one of the absolute rudest people I have ever met. He kept talking over me and refused to listen to anything I said. At one point I started crying because he was being so mean to me and he did not even care. He told me that if I wasn't happy, that I didn't have to come there. I was barely able to hold it together long enough just to get him to fix my nails so I didn't have to pay for someone else to fix them.
I wasn't even going to give a bad review until I was treated so terribly, but now I will share everything I had issues with.
During the first visit, the woman did not do my pedicure well. She hurt me twice. Once while cleaning under my nails she was too forceful and stabbed underneath my nail. I let that go, no big deal, but then she was too rough with the cuticle trimmers and cut me. Little thing, but I'm putting it all out now, I also didn't get a hot towel until requested even though it is part of the basic package.
I was more satisfied with my acrylics then my pedicure but as I already stated, she didn't get the tips of my nails right so they didn't look right and led to issues with chipping. That woman was very nice to me. I really did like her. The woman that did my friends acrylics was also nice and she was one of the ones that fixed one of my nails and did really well with that. I'm sorry I don't know any names.
Both of my friends were also injured during their pedicures. Neither of them had had a pedicure before and I wanted it to be a nice day for them, but one guy to took scissors to the bottom of my friends foot! It hurt for her to walk for a few days. And the other guy was too rough with the stone on my other friends foot and left what she said felt like he took sand paper to it. It looked kind of like razor burn all along the side of her heel.
The overall impression that I got from the people that did the pedicures was that they were lazy, put in minimal effort, and didn't really care about your experience.

Again the two women that did our acrylic nails were very nice. One did a better job than the other but they were both lovely. What promoted me to share all this was the way I was treated by the owner. Anyone who knows me knows that I am nice and patient and I don't usually do things like this, but I could not stay silent and let them do this to other people.

Scheduled an appointment online. Arrived on time and checked in at the computer. A few minutes later an employee checked on me and said she'd be ready in a few minutes. 15 minutes later someone came to check on me and I told her I had an appointment for acrylics and she said to hang tight. Time passed and a couple walk ins were taken before me. 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I asked the front desk if they were going to be able to take me soon because I didn't have much more time. They told me I wasn't taken yet because I was late even though I wasn't. Then they told me it was because I didn't tell anyone that I had an appointment. An hour after my appointment was supposed to start I left because I still hadn't been serviced. Giving 2 stars instead of one because every other persons reviews of this place is glowing. Maybe this was just a unique situation of miscommunication but I will never be going back.
