Skyline Service Center

For roughly fourteen years, on and off, I've been a customer at Skyline Service Center and I've never had a bad experience here.

Excellent customer service has been routine, with Ronnie explaining the repairs needed in detail, and they have always fit me into their schedule promptly with pricing far below dealership costs.

I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicles here for service and highly recommend them to others.

I have been taking my cars to Skyline for 12 years. Ronnie always takes the time to explain the repairs and any options. The work is done in a timely manner, and at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this business!

I give no stars because I broughty car in for service all I need was an alignment but found out my inner tie rod was broke. Then it gets worse they ordered the tie rod but ordered the wrong one so I was with out my car for the weekend waiting to get the right part and had to call out from work then to make it worse they said it was ready I pick it up and the problem was still there so o called them up to ask about it and they kept saying it was fine and they fixed it the kept telling I was wrong and didn't want to take fault and kept talking to me like I was dumb pop and I went to school for auto and have experience in it and after I said that he kept say what's my job now and saying that I'm wrong and idk what I'm talking bout they were talking to my mom like she was dumb and tried to milk as much money as they can from her when she dropped the car off because I was at work WORST AUTO SHOP IN VA
