Sonja's Grill

Casual place with freshly made breakfast and lunch items. We had the Breakfast Burrito and it was stuffed full with peppers, onions, egg and sausage/ham. Very filling and delicious. Service takes abit of time to prepare each item but it is worth the wait.

My breakfast was greasy. The hash browns were from freezer at a discount grocery store. The cook deep fried the hash browns to a solid mass of burnt potato. The side order of ham was some pressed deli meat burnt from a grill. Eating from the lowest quality disposable plates and flat ware is not for me.

I went there once and it was great. Nice staff and nice place. It's right off highway 17

Such a cute little lunch spot. Be sure to stop by for some good ol' southern cooking!! I can't wait to try their breakfast next!

Great service, Good beverages, Good food, Extensive menu, They walk the food out to you and you get free refills on tea, lemonade etc.
First time here with my wife and we'll be coming back for sure. Great cozy little spot with comfort food. Didn't get to try the delicious looking desserts but we'll be back to try!

Being from out of town it's great to find such a jewel!! I would absolutely recommend this small hometown restaurant to anyone. The service was fantastic, personable and very genuine! The prices and quality of food was great!!

No frills diner food. Fast service, reasonable prices, good portions and easy access right off Hwy 17. A local landmark as long as I can remember. They have tamales!!!! That's exciting because they're hard to find in Brunswick Co. Super friendly service with an actual smile which is rare these days. Skip McDonalds and take a few more minutes to level-up, you won't regret it.

Sonja's is all around honest food with flavor. Hamburgers are particularly flavorful and made to order. But they have just about any sandwich you could want.

The food was very good and reasonable. The staff are so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend food so fresh!

Covid - not really enforced. So if you are a germaphob I might keep driving.

My husband had the two eggs over easy, grits and sausage. I had the sausage and cheese omelet with grits. So tasty.

So many places tea tastes muddy to me. Their tea was great.

Restaurant was clean. Staff were extremely friendly. Looking forward to going back for a burger.
