Such great service I'd highly recommend hiring as a driver! Went out for my buddy's birthday and had a blast. Our driver was really patient and nice!!

We used their limo service to go to LA for our friends birthday, very very professional and the upmost service. We were able to drink and party on the way there and back. Didn't have to worry about anything. There prices are the cheapest I found overall in the area, and you definitely pay for the service not just the ride. Not sure why those other people had bad experiences but I definitely recommend this place.

I'm not sure I would give them one star. Completely agree with first review. This company is full of scams and the worst limo company I've ever worked with.
Tried to charge us double for one night $1650 for a drop off and pick up. $825 to take us 18miles and then another $825 to take us back. Maybe a total of 4hrs in the limo. Insane!

They don't know their way around. We had a VIP pass for limo pick up and they couldn't figure out how to get into the Cochella festival to pick us up ( their only job).We had to walk 2+ miles to get to the car at 1am. No apologizes... Just said this is the way it is. Completely embarrassing to me because we were entertaining clients.
No ice in the bar and charged us $30 to clean up empty cups we didn't use.


I would never recommend. Do not use this company. Find another option.

After speaking to CEO of this company and discussing the deceptive practices and double billing he hung up on me. No interest whatsoever to resolve or provide a solution. Those actions say it all.

Return the money you didn't deserve and I will retract this very accurate description of the evening.
For those who want to spend $825 for an 18mile ride then this is the limo company for you.

I used their service to pick me up from LAX, take me to my hotel and then out to dinner. Overall my whole experience was great from their customer service when I was booking to the very nice and professional driver. No complaints!

Unethical company. Don't use them.

My friend and I wanted a pick up and drop off for a bachelorette party (each ride would be about an hour). This is the email we were sent by their employee Jill: "We would normally have a 4 hour minimum, however if you would like a drop-off and pick-up later, we could do a 3 hour minimum for you. The cost for an SUV is $115/hr plus tax which would be $392 for 3 hours."

When it was time to pay for the SUV we were told that it was actually $392 EACH WAY. Every other conversation we had with her (including the email above) she told us it was $392 total. On top of that, Jill was incredibly rude about the situation, insisting that the misunderstanding was entirely our fault. She even laughed at us. So we canceled and right before leaving had to scramble to try to find a new way to get to our destination. It totally ruined our plans.

Horrible company!!

Great company Limo company!! I called very last minute to book the same day for a business function and they were able to accommodate me. Will def do business again

DON'T USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!! They do not have any business ethics. They don't honor the terms and conditions they send to their customers. We were planning on using the service on a Saturday and we unfortunately needed to cancel. The terms and conditions they sent via email stated that you have 24 hours to cancel. WRONG! They refused our cancellation over 48 hours in advance. When we emailed, we got a response that said no and that we would be charged $210.00. When I called, the woman who answered stated that the 24 hour cancellation does not include limo services. Wouldn't that have been nice to know?? That policy is not stated anywhere in the email they sent. She then stated she was doing us a favor by not charging us 4 hours instead of 2. What is this now, situational? Now they're making the rules up as they go?
I would recommend reading all the terms and conditions, however, it doesn't seem to matter with this company. They will do whatever they want to do. Shame on you!
FYI...The business is running off a personal cell phone.
