Larry was called out through Fidelity National. He did a really good job of diagnosing my pool pump as it was not turning off with all the rain these last couple of weeks. He went above and beyond to help us replace the pool pump.

I would use Larry for any service needed in the future. This man has integrity and really cares about the customer.

Matthew squeezed me in during his busy schedule to take a look at a problem with my salt cell. He came on over took a look and determined it was faulty. As such I needed a new cell.

Now realize this was through my home warranty company. They fought tooth and nail to NOT replace it with the original hayward cell. The good news is Matthew took the time to explain it to them that the generic cell won't work with my system (trust me this required a lot of back and forth). Really appreciate him going the extra mile in helping to get my pool up to speed. Would highly recommend them.

Larry was fantastic. We had someone come out to our house a few years ago to give us a quote on fixing our Jacuzzi. The guy that we called originally told us we needed a new pump, new heater, just about new everything so we decided to put it on hold. With summer coming up we decided to have someone else come out and give us a quote. My wife found Spa Care Repair Specialists on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Larry was FANTASTIC. VERY knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He showed me everything he was doing from start to finish and even gave me some suggestions on how we could possibly lower our electricity bill by making a few changes to our Pool Motor cycles. Larry was able to get our Jacuzzi working again, 100% just by servicing a few things... no parts needed, everything was fine just needed someone with knowledge of our system to check it. VERY knowledgeable, very friendly, HIGHLY recommend!

You can't go wrong if you need help with a spa or pool issue. This company will give you the best service comparable to none. They are very busy, but at the end of the day they will provide you with an attention to detail that will leave you satisfied and serviced beyond your needs or expectations. They have a wealth of experience, and they will take the time to get you up and running. I literally live in rural Pennsylvania, and have very limited access to any expertise in the realm of complicated spa electronics. Larry walked me through an extensive and complicated set of circumstances which could have easily rendered my spa unusable and potentially caused me thousands of dollars in repairs. He was gracious, tolerant and understanding, and I couldn't have imagined someone taking the time to help me in the ways that he did, from such a remote set of circumstances. Can't say enough. Don't call anyone else.
