Spectacular Wood Flooring

We shopped around a lot of places and were recommended this by neighbors. We initially considered them since their quote was on the lower side. But it turned out to be a great choice.
We communicated with Joanna to set things up and that was definitely a good experience. She was knowledgeable, made good suggestions on design, and arranged for the installers to adjust to our schedule. The installers themselves were a professional lot, about 3 or 4 guys showed up everyday at the same time (9am) and left at exactly the same time (5pm) everyday for 4 days. They did a great job and our 2nd floor looks exactly like we expected. They also moved our heavy furniture around and were very careful with everything. All in all, I'd highly recommend them.

Spectacular Wood Flooring - a perfect name for this company. They were recommended to us by someone we trust at ProSource. Great communicators, no hidden fees, they showed up when they said they would, worked with us when our original flooring got lost the week before our move-in date (it could have been a nightmare) and were able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate the change in plans. They even came back 1-2 months later to make sure we were satisfied and completed a small repair without any fuss or pushback. I WISH we could have more service providers like them here!!!! I just can't say enough wonderful things about them. Jonna was our go-to contact- a real gem! They removed our flooring in our entire 2-story (carpet and engineered wood), and installed the new underlayment, cement and wood flooring in record time then did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely ridiculous. I called for a small section hardwood floor repair for in my house, they quoted me $2000 ONLY IN LABOR (which is not include material)!!!!! The woman said "they can't only repair a section but they need to redo the everything." I can't believe these scammers are still in business. Stay away from this shady business as they only want your money

Spectacular Wood Flooring did an excellent work installing wood floors. Joanna was very responsive to texts and provided an accurate and detailed quote for the work to be performed. Additionally, she accurately estimated the quantity of materials with only one-half carton of hardwood flooring left over. Joanna arranged to pick-up the materials from the company supplying the wood floors (Hardwood Bargains), saving a $200 delivery charge. The flooring was laid flawlessly and has no gaps or imperfections and the old baseboards were removed and replaced with new ones, leaving a nice clean look to every room. Salvador and his team were very professional, used HEPA filters and left everything as neat and clean as when they arrived. They put down runners to protect the tile floors from damage and hauled off all the old carpet and waste. We couldn't be happier with the installation and workmanship of the hardwood flooring. We highly recommend Spectacular Wood Flooring.

Great work!!! They were able to continue my hallway flooring to through to my bedroom without having to do a transition. It is beautiful. They went the extra mile and had to go to 2 separate places for some materials for my job. Highly recommend.
