Here is my amended review.
I think it is important to share experiences so that companies have a chance to address their policies. Especially considering some employees may be new and not aware of the guidelines they work within. I received a call from the manager and owner letting me know that they did not want me to be left with the previous experience. They invited me back in and offered us the MVP experience. The same girl was there and she was very pleasant and she did an excellent job cutting my sons hair. I am thankful they actually address their clients concerns and I think they did a great job correcting our situation. Thank you!!
Their customer service is extremely poor. We signed in and after 10 minutes a young lady came to the front and called my son. I thought it was great that he was getting his hair cut. She then proceeded to tell us they were not accepting any more clients. It was 5 min till 6 and they were closing. I asked if they would have a hairdresser that was able to cut his hair since we got in at 5:45. She said no, they didn't want to stay later than they had to. Wouldn't I seem logical that if you weren't taking more clients you would turn off the open sign or lock the door?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bruce G.Abbotsford, Canada01Apr 7, 2017First to Review
Went there today and waited for 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged that I was there. They could of said hello or we will be with you in a few minutes or anything but not just let me sit there and yak amongst yourselves. I left, not going back even though I have a free visit.

Very disappointed that they would hire someone that doesn't know how to cut hair. The lady with the blue hair that cut my hair was friendly but should NOT be cutting hair. I'm sorry but I'm not at a hair school, I thought was at a business that hires professionals that know how to cut hair. The cut I received was completely uneven, she even made comments that she doesn't like to take off too much because you can't fix it easily, she had to ask another stylist to check "the blend" . The blend was bad that the other stylist had to fix it. Very disappointed and will not be returning. I thought they would be comparable to Tommy Guns, but no....absolutely not and no where close. I would rather pay a couple of bucks more at Tommy's and get a good cut, hair wash and a drink.

Very disappointed with the treatment we got for my 3 year old's haircut. The young woman had zero experience with little ones, which is ok, but then she shouldn't be accepting them as clients. She asked me for every little decision about his hair where all we really needed was a trim and I didn't want to waste time answering every little question about how much to cut from each area. Kids have zero patience which means you have to work fast. Also, asking a 3 year old to hold their head a certain position is a joke! You as a hairdresser should work with them and around them. Money wasted! Morning ruined and still in need of a better haircut since she didn't cut much off. She went from #10 clippers down one by one to get to desired length (#5) I mean are you kidding me! Hopefully my kid who has had zero issues in the past doesn't develop a permanent phobia of haircuts as result of our visit.
