They are good at the cleaning part, but terrible at communicating. Expect to email them several times before you get a response, and no phone communication whatsoever. If you're not signing up for every two weeks or more, they will not put you on their calendar, so your monthly cleaning will quickly turn into your six week cleaning. It's not so cheap that this is worth it to put up with. About the same as other major companies. They were great when they started out, but have not grown their business to keep up with demand, and the result is a hot mess. Currently, they are forty minutes late and have not communicated about it at all, so I have no idea whether they are still coming. I have tried to reach them to no avail. If you're like me and it takes you considerable effort to get the house ready for cleaning you know how unacceptable that is. Take your business elsewhere until they clean up their act.

Wonderful, professional service. Highly recommend. Pet and child friendly. They even changed the diaper pail. Extremely satisfied with this company after having searched for a reliable company.
