Starwood Med Spa

I love Starwood! I've been coming here for several years. The staff is so friendly and the events are so much fun. I've been to several med spas and their services are by far the best I've had, from facials to botox. They also have top of the line procedures as they come out.

Definitely recommend going here!

The layout of the place feels strange. Also, they have a speaker in the waiting room (which is small mind you) and they constantly play loud club music with heavy bass. This is a spa, not a club. I left with a headache. Gives you a cheap vibe. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. This place actually gave me the creeps. Don't pay Nordstrom prices for Dollar Tree, watered-down, fake Botox. (Read the other reviews and you'll see I'm not the only one who feels this way.) Never coming back!

I've been going to Starwood for years now and I always have great results. The prices are good and the people are great. I love the results from the cool sculpting.

Starwood Med Spa has been my haven for the past 5 years, and I've invested around $20k in various treatments. The spa consistently delivers exceptional experiences, offering outstanding results from laser hair removal to fillers, Botox, facials, EmSculpt and more.

Taz, the owner, is a true professional and has created an atmosphere of luxury and excellence. The spa itself is a testament to their commitment to creating a premium experience for clients.

Brittany, the nurse practitioner injector, deserves special recognition for her skill and precision in delivering natural-looking results with fillers and Botox. Her technique is nearly painless, with minimal bruising, setting her apart as the best injector I've encountered.

Although CoolSculpting didn't meet my expectations and, in fact, worsened the fat under my chin, leading to sagging that requires surgical correction, my overall experience at Starwood Med Spa has been overwhelmingly positive. I will continue to entrust them with various treatments. I highly recommend this med spa to anyone seeking to enhance their appearance and boost their self-confidence.

starwood is a wonderful business. Julie is outstanding! She has such knowledge of products and takes the time to discuss my needs and what would be best for me. I am happy I have her as a provider.

The facility is clean and I didn't have to wait long before going back for my appointment. My nurse (Julie) helped me to not be nervous and was super fast!

Staff is quite obnoxious , and when given proper info to the staff, to better educate their lack of their own clinic, receptionlist became belligerent. Bigger mistake was going in person anyways to gain insight on this facility's common practice .

First impressions are everything and although they can be overcome Starwood did nothing to make it right. My wife surprised me with a birthday facial yesterday and we arrived at 10:45 for my 11am microdermabrasion. As I sat and waited to be called 3 other ladies came in and were swiftly taken back to their treatment rooms. I continued to be patient as it was now 11:15 but became frustrated when others with 11:30 appointments began going back for treatments. At this point the front desk noticed my frustration and came by to say my technician was still with the previous patient and it would only be 15 more minutes. Finally at 11:45 I get up to request a refund as I had now been waiting an hour for an 11am appointment. Several technicians were standing in the hall talking and seemed annoyed that I was asking when I'd be seen. Finally at 11:50 I was called back and rushingly asked to get under the covers to begin. I didn't receive a consultation to determine if I was a good fit for microdermabrasion as the release stated I would and now on day two I'm left with a stinging chemical burn on my cheeks after I was told it was normal to feel some tingling and even stinging. During my treatment I was told I would receive additional items for the wait but didn't and was not provided with after care instructions outside of wear sunscreen and try to avoid direct sunlight.

I wanted to love Starwood and tried to give grace, but I can't excuse their promptness for others while completely lacking service or care for myself another paying customer.

The esthetician that did my facial was kind and competent. I was pleased with the experience and provided a generous tip. I don't like being asked for offering a gratuity for Botox injections however. I would suggest that Starwood Med Spa drop asking for a tip when only Botox is provided. When I get it elsewhere it is like a medical procedure and there is no request for a tip, so this looks a bit greedy and leaves me questioning if I want to come back or how I will be treated should I come back to the Botox provider who wasn't tipped.

Recently had Soft-wave on my face and neck. The numbing was soooooo helpful and Susan was so knowledgeable. I love this Spa; all the professionals are awesome and Taz, the owner really cares about getting her client the results they're looking for. You can tell that making people happy is truly the reason why she has the business. Thank you Taz, Susan, Mac, Jessica and anyone else I've forgotten to list so pass the Love along for me! You will love this place! There are so many Med Spas but look no further because this one is the best.
