Team Yates help my husband and I find our home in Smryna! Nathan and David we're very professional and great guys to work with! Nathan made himself very available to us whenever we needed him and always supportive in our choices and also was very informed about the area which really helped us out since we were moving from another city. Would recommend team Yates to everyone!

We worked with team yates in selling and buying in 2016. My husband had informed Courtney about structural damage to our house in our initial meeting which she brushed off. Then she called my husband a week or 2 later, flipping out that he didn't tell her about it. She also had a stager (who was very kind) come to tell me everything we needed to change or move which meant we needed to rent a storage unit. It was also recommended we repaint to more appealing colors. I was pregnant and had a 2 year old so there I put my foot down. We had many offers that they wanted us to choose from. When I told them who we wanted to go with they said "no" and chose who they wanted. The buyer was a headache and demanded we redo all the windows-team yates was ready to oblige. In the end we only redid one window. Then when it came to buying we felt incredibly pressured by Nathan to choose. We wanted to look at different areas of Nashville but not stray too far from where we were. We brought up an area in Bellevue, looked at 2 houses and then 2 other houses in the same subdivision and were told to choose. I felt we weren't given enough time and although the house we chose was beautiful it looked exactly like every other house in the subdivision. We ended up moving anyways after a year but this experience left a bitter taste for me.

Dealing with Courtney Yates as a selling agent has been a horrible experience. She has been unpleasant and not willing to compromise. I understand that her sellers were also needing to close on their house, but my loan with USDA was delayed and we could not meet the closing date. The loan was delayed with USDA for reasons beyond mines or my lender control, but instead of being considerate and understanding; she was very rude and jumped quickly to charging me a fee to extend my closing date. We have no control to what and when the underwriters at USDA condition the loan; when they conditioned my loan it was nothing to do with finances it was just to verify information(so it was nothing that I did or my lender did to slow this process). Needless to say my realtor was AWESOME enough to lower her commission to cover the cost so that I can close on this house. Never will I recommend anyone to her company to buy or sell.
