Had them install a brand new unit ~2 years ago and I've had an issue with the unit every year. Last year was cooling, this year is heating. Last year I was charged $100 diagnostic fee. This year it's $125 + repairs\warranty exchange fee.

He was upfront about pricing and explained everything before doing any work. Professional, efficient and cares about the community they serve. It is always a gamble letting someone into your home but I felt very comfortable with Ozzie. Highly recommend!!!
