Blown away! We were sure we would need to replace some very tired carpet that was fraying by a threshold between our playroom and living room. After a crawling baby cut his foot on a carpet tack we needed to find a solution fast. Enter Carpet Medic. Not only did they answer the phone right away and were very friendly, but after sending a picture of the carpeting, I had an estimate in minutes and they put me on the calendar for the next morning! They arrived in the time slot discussed and were able to stretch the existing carpet, repair and hammer down the tacks, and clean the whole workspace in no time. Price was extraordinarily fair. It's not everyday you get service like this. True professionals with a ton of experience and wonderful customer service!

My dog ripped up the carpet to my sons bedroom. They came and just fixed, i couldn't be happier with the result. The prices were fair and it was fixed so quickly. I'll definitely be a recurring customer. Calling them in a few months to have our carpets cleaned! Thank you sooo much!
