Great food. Monster is too small a word to describe the crispy chicken sandwich. Huge! And delicious. Recommend highly.

Everything was good but got an order of onion rings and only got 7 of em. Equaled out to 64 cent an onion ring.

Very friendly staff, even gave the kids some bread to feed the duck outside. The Philly cheesesteak was on par with what you get at a fair, slightly better cheese. The chicken sandwich was huge, tasted pretty good. The potato salad was unique and crazy good, was by far the menu item we were like eeeehhhhh not sure about this one, then we tried it and wow it's good. The place is an order out or delivery type atmosphere. Only 3 tables

Best steaksubs and chicken sands around ! The marinated steak is soo addicting ! I'm so upset I found this place! I'm supposed to be on a diet !! But it's soo good and worth the trip!

When The Hidden Exclusive Grill moved to their new location, they added Saturday hours. Thank goodness because I no longer live in Jamestown. I literally drive from Buffalo to Jamestown a few times a year just to get a cheesesteak from this place. The owner's are from Philly and this is the real deal cheesesteak folks!

Since the pandemic, they are open for takeout only. I like to pick up my cheesesteak and drive two miles to Lucille Ball Memorial Park in Celoron to eat my lunch at a picnic table by the lake. Just a suggestion. I highly recommend it. Always friendly people and legit, authentic cheesesteaks.

Philly cheese steaks were seasoned, the cheese melted in your mouth, Onions, peppers and sweet peppers tied it all together!!! I imagine they taste like something similar in philly!

Enough room to sit inside and eat or take it to go.

The owner is SOOO sweet! And everything is cooked to order!

Enough parking and no issues getting there.

Tv on the wall so you have something to watch while waiting or eating.

Hidden Exclusive moved to a new location from the last time I reviewed them. Today I ordered an 8" cheesesteak from DoorDash. Food arrived quick, within 20 mins of ordering. Well packaged: brown paper bag, container, wrapped in foil with a napkin around it like it was tucked in for bed haha! (check the photos) Food was still warm and it was excellent.

Friendly service and delicious food! Their food is made to order so it's fresh and the menu allows for customized sandwiches.

I have to commend them on the advertising. It works.
The woman at the counter was very sweet.
I grew up outside philly...what these folks make is decent, but it is not an authentic philly cheesesteak.
Philly sauces are never mayo, ketchup, mustard, or miracle whip. Yikes!
The sauce is either the beef fat and melted cheese on top of the meat to keep it moist or, if you are going upscale, a bechamel sauce.
Tomatoes were plopped on top.
Some Onions were raw in there.
The sandwich was decent. But no way you can call it original.
The fries were fried in a way past rancid oil. They should be able to tell just by the smell. Nasty.
For the price and hassle...totally not worth it .
Too bad, Would love to find a decent place.

Hidden gem that I had the fantastic pleasure of stopping at. I got an 8" cheesesteak and side of onion rings. Can't say enough about this cheesesteak! The bread was soft, the meat cooked to perfection, great grilled onions, and lovely touch of white American cheese. They truly know how to make a cheesesteak! Plus, throw in the outdoor seating and it makes for an awesome stop! A must try for anyone passing by!
