I've been coming to this place on and off since 2014, their work had been consistent and staff is always friendly. They offer beverages and is kind of an up scale nail salon.

I always recommend an appointment- (Nancy will get you right!) She's fast, efficient and has a great personality!

They also offer some massage options in the back!!

Another tip- they have a separate 2 seat pedicure room if you need privacy, don't be afraid to ask!

37 mins to closing and here I go calling, asking "what time do you take your last walk in?"

The lady on the phone asked me, "how long will it take you to get here?"

I told her I would be there in 15 minutes.

Upon my arrival, what's usually a busy salon, tonight was quite empty. I guess I was the only one who waited the last minute to get my nails done....lol

Tom was amazing! He took his time, reshaped my nails and I love them.

Would definitely make my way back here for a day of self care....way overdue for a MILK & HONEY pedicure.

I found my new nail Tech - Jonathan.

I booked a few times previously with other Techs - despite the negative reviews - but the location is convenient, so I risked it.

During the previous visits, I faced language barriers and confusion about simple designs and the finished product would not be what I wanted, but it would be presentable.

Yesterday, I decided to give them another chance. I searched Yelp, and saw that Jonathan was mentioned a few times, so I booked with him and I have no complaints.

He was pleasant, thorough and delivered exactly what I asked for:

-SNS (which included a mani, almond/stiletto-shaped, with a few tips) in white
-Lemongrass pedi (which included a hot stone massage & paraffin wax) in white
-And a bonus glass of red wine

This was the perfect cap to the work week.

I got a pedicure here 2/2 and within 3 days my nail polish started chipping. I called to talk to the manager and I came in for a fix on 2/9 . Guess what? Today (2/12) 3 days after my fix has chipped again and the manager, Johnathan was of no use and took ZERO accountability. He kept repeating I need to come in and pay for new nails because it's been too long since the original application. If that was the case, why did my original set only last 3 days? The original pedicure and nail application lasted 3 days....THAT'S PATHETIC. The nail tech they gave me did a horrible job. Applied the nail polish unevenly, missed spots on my nail, and clipped my toe nails into a combination of square and round. It wasn't uniform AT ALL.

If you don't want your nails to last, this is the place for you!

I have been coming to this nail salon off and on for more than four years. I will no longer be returning because of cleanliness. I noticed the nail techs reusing the buffers, files and cuticle clippers. In the past you would see them opening up sterilized tools. I
As a healthcare professional I was mortified. This will spread infections.

The tech messed up my pedicure I asked for regular he gave gel and they are like well do you want to take it off. Same tech cuts my nails to low gives me the wrong shape. I am a nail person and this place i wouldn't recommend!!! The manager was okay in trying to save the nails but it was already to late and they still charged me for everything.

Me and a couple of family came her for manicures and pedicures. The interior is nicely done. The front desk staff was welcoming. But the service was not consistent. The person who did my mom's service was really good. The person who did mine didn't understand questions nor requests I was making of him. The manager basically came over and completed my pedicure. During my pedicure I requested a new, I'm not sure what is called but it's like a sponge that scrubs the excess skin off the bottom of your feet. He did get a new one to use on me. However, after he used it he left it on the floor. I didn't think to take a picture of it. I also got my eyebrows cleaned up. This was also done by the manager. All in all, I believe their prices were excessive. And I will not patronize them again.

Nice salon with a pleasant aesthetic but underwhelming service. This is my first time visiting (literally just left the salon!) after my normal nail tech couldn't fit me in. It was a nail emergency and I found this salon on Google. Listen to the reviews! The nail tech was very nice and made me feel very comfortable however the quality of my gel polish isn't what I'm used to. The end result isn't smooth at all. My nails feel bulky and unfinished. My impatience cost me $$$.

The service was awful. The guy who did my pedicure fussed when asked to adjust the water temperature.

It was a quick in and out of service while getting a pedicure. There was no spa treatment experience at all. The customer service was bad. Minimum interaction. They did not have snacks out like in prior years.

While drying the polish on my toes, I could not enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. One of the workers was in the back playing videos out loud. Before you could enjoy drying the nail polish, the other worker interrupted asking if I wanted to pay now.

Do not go.

This salon is super cute but that's about all. Don't go! Nancy seems nice and funny but they don't tell you about extra charges and neither Nancy or the older lady did a good job on my nails. My Pedi and Mani was terrible.. I don't know why it's rated one of the top best nail salons in Bowie because that is absolutely untrue...

They are the opposite. One of the worst nail shops..I got a Mani/Pedi and my brows done and you know how much that was... $112. I'm like for what? I was so out done I didn't even tip them... I could have saved my money and my time.. They obviously don't care...I will never return and I told ms Nancy exactly how I felt..Don't waste your money or your time.
