From the first of my installation day, things were not going well. The installers, four of them, none who spoke English, were an hour late. Couldn't communicate with any of them. My condo is small. They had to remove my wall to wall rug. Also, move some furniture. They showed up at 930am. I stayed with a friend. At 530pm,I called to see if they were finished. The one who spoke very little English said that needed another hour and a half. I was shocked and said are you kidding me? He called me back 5 minutes later and said they would come back the next day at 1030 am. I stayed at my friends as they were not finished. At 915am, the next morning, they called to tell me to come over and let them in. I did. I asked that they call me when they were done so I could come back. Never called. I went bacour hours later and they were gone. They left a mess. Garbage on the floor. They spilled glue onto the new VPF in several areas. My refrigerator had white smudges and finger prints on it. Red marks from where they marked where to cut were left on the floor.
Some of the planks were cut incorrectly and weren't even. I called the store and spoke to the manager Albert. He was very nice and easy to work with. He was the only bright spot in the whole situation. I must mention when I picked out the VPF I was assured that it was made in America, which I wanted. When the installers came, I saw on the box, made in Vietnam.
The owner of the store called me and apologized for this incident. He also offered to replace the flooring. I thought this was a wonderful offer.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cathy H.Holden Beach, NC01Dec 7, 2020
Flooring is beautiful! However an issue arrived after installation and there
is NO service after the sale. I have purchased from them 3 times and had planned on using them on the next 6 rooms.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Doozer B.North Myrtle Beach, SC76639Aug 20, 2018First to Review
Just had our old floors taken out a new ones put in by wholesale flooring. From Robbie in sales to the installers, we had a positive experience. Tommy the owner communicates well and addressed any concerns and questions we had. We live in Barefoot and so many people have had there floors done by WF. We had LVP and tile installed. Looks amazing. Highly recommend this company.

Be careful when ordering to be sure it is really what you want. We purchased some very common tile from them and needed to return it within 2 months because of a reason that was out of our control. It was edging for a common white subway tile, it was only one box, but it was about $230. They REFUSED to take it back, even for a store credit, despite the fact that the place where they picked it up is local, and it being a very common tile. Their excuses made no sense. Highly recommend you purchase from a company that will work with you and accept a return, most especially when you are willing to use a credit in their store for a future purchase.

Hi Nancy, thanks for the feedback. Our policies are clearly stated in the store and on your receipt - we cannot accept returns on special orders. Even though we picked your product up at a local distributor, they had to have it special ordered and they have a no-return policy on special orders as well.
If it was something we measured, stocked, or sold frequently, we would have been glad to offer store credit. Sorry for any inconvenience.
