I just tried SNS for the first time and it looks and feels sooo nice.

This salon is not as advertised. It almost seems like a scam. Luliia, the nail artist I booked with, was not there when I arrived for my appointment. Neither was anyone from The Grace NYC. The name of the salon is not "Lush Decor Salon." Instead, I was supposed to pay Luliia's prices, which are higher, for Serenity Spa 86 services. Why would I pay more when I could have just directly booked with Serenity Spa, if that was the service I would be receiving? Extremely misleading; and according to the cancellation policy, I will be charged 25%-50% for late cancellation or no show. Don't book using Style Seat. It is a scam. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and Style Seat if my concerns are not addressed. This is my first review I've ever had to leave!

Agree with the reviewer below that this nail salon is NOT as advertised. TheGraceNYC website said they did Presto gel so I booked the appointment through Style Seat directly from their website. The actual salon is really a Serenity Spa & Lash Decor salon and they take the customers that book through TheGraceNYC because apparently it is run by previous employee who worked there. I found out that they don't actually offer the Presto gel and tried to convince me to use shellac instead. All just felt very sketchy and I don't recommend if you are looking for a specific type of gel. Hoping I don't get charged by Style Seat...

This nail salon is really great! The service is top notch, the products are are clean, the seat are comfortable, and their nail polish & gel selection consists of a large variety to choose from. There is a desperate room for waxing if that is what you are looking for do as well. If you want a 10min+ massage they sit u on this seat with a hole to put your face and your relaxation begins while you wait for your nails to dry. I would definitely recommend this place and I am definitely coming back here.

Found this gem of a salon randomly on yelp... even though I've walked past it for about a year and a half now on the way to work. It is now my new nail salon! It's so peaceful once you walk in.. everyone is very polite and nice but what really got me is the price! It actually makes sense! No surprises! Mika did an amaaazing job on my nails! So detailed and very nice to talk to! I will definitely be back.
