Tito's Towing And Repair

Dakota is at the top of the best tow drivers I have experienced in my 50 years of driving. He is a valued employee to this company. After being assigned to him, he communicated and professionally preformed every step of the way. Not only did he do this last tow for me, but the one before it as well. I wish I could have him be my tow driver every time. I only rated this 4 stars, because 5 stars goes to Dakota and only 3 stars to the tow company. When I request a tow from USAA, it randomly assigns a tow company. This was the first company after USAA selected it, that gives a default of 2-2.5 hours approximate wait time. The previous time USAA selected this company, it went past the 2.5 hours and estimated another 1.5-2 hours, until I called and complained and then they sent Dakota out right away. One experience with Tito's was worse than average to my previous years with any tow company regarding time waiting, and this last experience with Tito's was a little better than average in time waiting than my previous years. No one likes getting a 2-2.5 hour estimate from the tow company they have been assigned to, but everyone is thankful to tow drivers like Dakota.

My tow service was arranged through my insurance company. As soon as Tito's was assigned, I received a call from Dakota and he gave me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time, loaded my car onto the truck, and let me know that it was not necessary for me to accompany him to the dealership, which I was unaware of, and thankful for. Dakota followed up with me after he dropped off the car, which was appreciated.

Dakota was amazing! Super friendly, fast and knowledgeable when my car needed a tow. Highly recommend if you are in need of assistance!

I had a really nice experience with Tito's. I was stressed out cause my car wouldn't start. My insurance company actually dispatched thus company for me. Dakota who helped reached and contacted me was the one I spoke with and who towed. Very nice young man, helpful, and professional. I recommend this company if you need towing services.

Driver came within inches of hitting me in his rush to get on 676 West where he drove into the bike lane with no regard. I called amd after some difficulty getting through, The Lady Boss at least was veery concerned and cool.

Tow truck dropped of my neighbors car and proceeded to remove a part of my lawn in the process, when I reached out to them about the incident they explain to me that it wasn't their fault or responsibility even after I sent them photos and my neighbor ( their customer) knocked on my door and explained to me that they witnessed and had a conversation with the driver about the incident. They proceeded to tell me that I would have to reach out to my homeowner's insurance and that they weren't going to take any responsibility for the damage. Very unprofessional!

I think his name was Greg... it's 330am so my memory can't be trusted, but the guy was awesome.

Estimated time was 50-60min, he got there in 35min.
He was creative in his suggestions for my car's physical position, and showed obvious experience which proved to be perfect for the situation.

On the 21 mile drive to drop-off location, he kept my stressed-out, exhausted, just-came-off-a-busy-shift-at-the-hospital-for-the-6th-day-in-a-row-mind, off my problems, but also didn't ignore my problems entirely. And
though he wasn't required to try, he made me feel better about my predicament. (He sees everyone at an inconvenient time for them frequently after all, so he's picked up a few points of wisdom along the way).

He even had a plan to get my car into the protected carport at home, in a tight-fit area, so that I didn't have to leave it out on the street til payday. Plus helped me get it there.

If you get a choice of tow companies while in the Sacramento area, go for Tito's and ask for, or cross your fingers for, Greg. (This was the night shift though, so you'll only get your tow-angel when your car craps-out at the worst time).
I'm sure the other drivers are cool too since he had only good & interesting stories about work environment etc, but Greg was tops tops TOPS!.

Best tow ever!

My auto club sent Tito's driver Jessie to take my classic car to my garage. Jessie has a classic car himself and I think he gave me extra careful treatment by using straps instead of the usual chain rig to pull the car onto his flatbed tow truck. Very friendly and a safe and conscientious driver. Put the car right into my garage. I'd use them again in a minute.

I'd have to agree with the experiences here. They said they would arrive in 45 minutes, said they drove in and couldn't find me (I was waiting for them the whole time as never saw the truck), and that they called several times (did not receive one call). Needless to say, I called the insurance company and they sent out another tow service that did arrive on time.
