For some reason one of their trucks thought it was OK to come down my street and dump a lot of water. What they didn't know was I have been fighting the City of Seattle for 20 years because we don't have adequate drainage down the entire street. When I asked them why they were doing it their response was "it's clear water" not responding to the question. If that is how they operate I would question their primary work.
