Chris Watson came out for a consultation on our Mitsubishi heat pump system. He asked for a deposit, received it, and then disappeared. He never performed the work.

BEWARE!! Paid a deposit of over $5000 - Chris Watson took the deposit and ran. Wish I had seen the other reviews here before hiring him. Luckily, the bank investigated and refunded us the money when they confirmed he stole it. Avoid this company and his other company, "Innovative Mechanical" at all costs!

Chris asked for a deposit prior to starting. Gave him 1100 and then he ghosted me. Just had to file a lawsuit.
