TNT Nails

Ok. I admit it. I love an occasional pedi. I'm on my feet long days and usually end up hacking my toes and causing more harm than good.
So the occasional treatment is great. These folks do an outstanding job with the basic pedi. (No color please). Very clean shop. Clean tools every time. That counts!!
Not the cheapest but certainly worth the extra $ to get it done right and clean.

The shop was sold awhile ago . The owners (Lee and Dorothy ) had stayed on to help the new owners with the transition. They have worked so hard to build this business , no vacations or days off . And wanted the new owners to succeed . I have been a customer for over 20+ Years. I was noticing a change and not for the better,If I called to make appointment with Lee they would tell me he was booked and tried to give me someone else . The prices are outrageous !
It was sad to see what my friends worked so hard for going down so quickly.
Well the new owners up and fired them both .
I will never step foot in there again.

New Owners are Shady . When I would call for my reg nail tech I was told on a few occasions that they were booked but offered another tech .. when In fact they were not booked ! Not as clean as it was and the products they use are subpar !

I went there for a mani/ pedi. They turned out great! I've been here before and have had no issues. But recently I also got my eyebrows done. I told the owner(I believe it was her) how I wanted them. I haven't gotten them done in a while, so my eyebrow were pretty full/ bushier than normal. SHE HAD A LOT TO WORK WITH! She took off the end of one of my eyebrows and then left my eyebrows with a HUGE gap in between. My eyebrows are unsymmetrical. They not even related, let alone sisters. When I looked in the mirror I was ready to cry. She told me "that's how my eyebrows were." I called up people to have them look at them and get their opinion on them, and they all said the exact same thing as me. I have no issues with people making mistakes, but at least own up to it. I walked out of TNT Nails upset and they didn't even apologize. They suggested for me to "fill it in." They do good nails, just wouldn't recommend getting your eyebrows done there!
*In the first pic I filled them in to get an idea of how my natural brows looked before she did them. The second pic is how they currently look. I also tinted them to see if it would help, but it did nothing.*

Terrible! Do not go here! I got my nails done! a 50 refill! They lifted the next day! I went back and they made me wait an hour to fix what they didn't do right to begin with! Now I'm out 50 and need to go to a nail place that can actually do nails!!! Terrible people so nasty!

I was having a hard day and this nail salon is right by my house, so despite some of the reviews I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed. I made an appointment for the same day, and was seated immediately. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and had a great attitude. My nail tech was Mia and I gave her a design idea to follow last minute and she interpreted it so well! Usually for designs you should give your nail tech a heads up to plan, but she dove right in and did an amazing job. Very fast too, I was in and out in almost under an hour, which is also so amazing. Not sure what happened with others, but I think my nails can speak for themselves. If you don't want to wait, make an appointment. As far as the price, everything is inflated right now so don't take it out on the salon. You get what you pay for, so I was happy to pay asking price, and was actually very disappointed in myself for not having more cash on me for the tip because she 100/10 deserved it. Definitely will be going back again (with more cash in hand). If you're concerned with the price, ask ahead of time and take a minute to think about the product, skill and experience it takes to do nails well. If it's above your budget, consider other options you can afford like a manicure or come back when it's time to treat yourself, like it was for me. Thanks so much for the beautiful set! One of my all time favorites.

Absolutely horrible I had a mani / pedi $48.00. No polish on my nails!! Bums rush really dirty shop will never go back.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. It was rushed in and out the door. No place to dry them but they look so bad why dry them. If I could give no stars I would. Waste of $60 for a 10 minute pedicure which I have to remove it looks so bad.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL. I had an appointment with Dorothy. She was running late and the receptionist asked if I would like a pedicure while I waited. I had my pedicure and Dorothy was still working on the same lady. I waited. Then she told me to go sit at her table. I did. I waited another 10 minutes while Dorothy answered phones, set up walk ins, and played cashier. Then she has the audacity to ask me to move to another chair because she had to take the appointment schedule AFTER me. Wrong. I know other people who have complained about this place but I thought what the hell, I've always had luck there. No more.

Giving them a one is a compliment. The woman that did my nails I think her name is Joy. I was so embarrassed because I had to go back the next day because my nails were already lifting. She was so rude to me and acted like she was the best and it somehow was my fault that the nails were lifting.
I went there one more time but was not happy and noticed that a couple of people that were having their nails done dirt nailbed actually looked horrible as if maybe they're not doing a good job at all over there. I'd be afraid of getting fungus from them because they didn't seem so clean.

I must say that the receptionist they had was very nice
