Carroll T.San Francisco, CA032Jul 21, 2022The recent rain storm we had in early Jul left our 1,200 square foot basement filled with water. Everything was soaked. We called Top To Bottom Renovation early on a Sunday morning in the middle of a holiday weekend. By 9:30am on Sunday we Fred and team arrived, he told us what needed to be done, we agreed on a very reasonable price and they immediately got started. They got all the rain water mopped up, set up 24 heavy duty fans and added two megawatt dehumidifiers. In 72 hours everything was bone dry and back to normal. We didn't even need to use our insurance which would have cost us more and slowed down the process. Top to Bottom Renovation, Inc. is the ONLY company you should call if you have water damage because they know what they're doing, they're reasonable and they're fast!

Set up an appointment twice with no-show and no-call. Just can't understand the lack of respect proper have for one another these days. It seems worse during COVID.
