Tracy Self Storage

If you are looking for a place in town for storage, definitely give this place a shot! The storage unit was clean and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had.

My only gripe would be security. I am not sure how well it is monitored but I dont see it being an issue.

I just recently transported my storage items to Texas, where I now reside. I have nothing, but wonderful things to say! For seven years, the staff at Tracy Self Storage, exceeded my expectations of customer service! They are Professional, Courteous and Kind!! They helped me with any concerns I had, most especially coordinating a trailer to be dropped off, so I could transport my items. They provide excellent safety and security measures fir the facility. Mr. Tom, Ms. Bonnie and another wonderful representative (Sorry didnt get her name), went above and beyond to take care of all their customers. I highly recommend using their storage facility!!!! Thank Staff for all your hard work!!!!

Location, location, location would be the most obvious thing to state about this storage property. But that would be the easy way out. The staff here are quite clear, they treat you as family. They care about you and your stored property. They are helpful and accessible as is your stuff. I'll never leave.

Great staff at Tracy Self Storage! Bonnie (office manager) and Tom (onsite staff) are wonderful. Bonnie is professional, thorough, and efficient. She answers with a warm hello by phone and greets you with a genuine welcome every time you have to contact your storage unit. Between the two of them, our move was easier! Tom helped whenever we needed it, and I knew my belongings were under good care!

It was very easy to set up storage. They had a moving truck that we were able to use on moving day. I am able to pay my fees online each month.

Easy. Convenient. 24 hour access. Reasonable prices and enough storage for the Boat, RV and all the household junk I don't need and that I'm sick of looking at.

Clean, secure, safe, professional and courteous staff! This well managed storage facility is great, not to mention how awesome the entire staff is! They have gone above and beyond to help me when I moved my belongings to their facility. I wish more businesses were ran like this!

Best storage place to work with. Reasonable pricing. Easy access to units. Bonnie in the office is a pleasure to work with from opening storage to closing.. unfortunately I just don't need the unit anymore. But if you need storage I'd highly recommend Tracy Self Storage over the big names out there!

Very clean! Good pricing and the staff is very helpful. They offer a free move in truck which is awesome. I definitely recommend this storage facility!

I called yesterday to see if they had available what I needed. Joanna was so nice and told me they had sites available. I asked her to hold one for me and I'd be in the office first thing in the morning to fill out the paper work. Showed up at 9:15 and was greeted with friendly smiles. The office staff was great! I'll be moving our stuff in this week. I look forward to a year of great service. Thanks Tracy Self Storage!
