Transmission Service Connection

I was having problems with the transmission in my wife's car so I called Transmission Service Connection in Baton Rouge and Mike answered the phone. I told him the problems I was having and he told me to bring the car by for a free diagnostic. After Mike test drove the car, he knew right away that I needed a new transmission. He was honest and straightforward, but didn't try to pressure me in anyway about what it was going to cost and how long it would take. I immediately felt comfortable about the situation and knew this was the shop for me. He let me know that he couldn't take the car right then so we set up an appointment for me to bring the car in. It was done quickly with no hassle just like Mike said it would be. The car performs perfect and Mike assured me to let him know if I had any problems.
