Not sure why they are averaging three stars in reviews, as this salon is probably the best I've been to in Austin!
I got a manicure and pedicure today and service was high quality. My nails came out amazing, exactly mirroring the inspiration I showed the nail tech.
I was there for about an hour and a half, but I was able to sit in on work calls while I got some self care in---talk about multi-tasking!
The vibe is also super relaxing and they play music at an appropriate volume. Pricing is decent too.
While the parking situation is always horrible at the Triangle, I would definitely come out to this salon again because of the high quality service I received today!Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 195189474Mar 29, 2024
Beautiful spacious interior, but it was expensive compared to competitors and my dip manicure didn't last as long as other places. I noticed they had a lot of upcharges for things, like $5 to file your nails!? I had to come back because one nail chipped a few days later when I turned a faucet off. I will look for another nail place in the area.

I have been wanting to get my nails done for my upcoming UT graduation and I decided to check out a new place... and I am so glad I did. I love this area of the Triangle because it is really pretty and has ample parking. I came at around 2 pm and it was not packed at all.
I was quickly seated and my nail tech was amazing! I showed her my design from some inspo I found on Pinterest and she loved it. The process was speedy and the design turned out better than expected. She took her time filling my nails and prepping my cuticles.
I got acrylic nails, almond shape. I am very particular about the shape of my nails and how I get them done. I don't like when they leave them too thick but she did amazing and filed the bottom and top to make them a little thinner.
I paid about $80 with a tip which included the manicure, prep, almond shape, design charge, and the full service. Overall, I will be coming back. Amazing job!!!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Miley W.Houston, TX051Apr 8, 2024
I walked in and asked for the price of the nails and was handed an itemized bill that said $55 for GelX then $65 for Design under it, with no total. I clarified to make sure the whole service was $65 just because I thought the layout was weird. I got my nails done but then I went to pay and was charged $120. I told them that that's not what they told me to which they said "we have on video of us showing you the receipt before the service and you agreeing" as if they were trapping me and had done that before. I never agreed to a $120 service, and I never saw a receipt or itemized anything totaling to $120. I got the service done on friday and over the weekend have developed almost an infection on the side of my nail and also realized some of them are poorly fitted. Which I wouldn't have been happy with even if it had been $65. Completely upset because it feels like this was a set up and I was taken advantage of. Never have I ever been to a nail salon that quoted me anything close to $65 for JUST a design, especially stars. In addition, the ambiance of the shop was off, no one talked to me the entire time, wasn't offered anything to drink, just a completely off experience. I work right across the street and was hoping this could become my regular salon so i'm completely disappointed.

This place is always accommodating because it is so large. They have sodas and water when you check in. The quality of the nails are typically pretty great. The ambiance is soothing and it is an overall good experience. However, there are a lot of up charges so be prepared. I got a manicure with an almond shape and was charged extra, along with some other charges not listed in their book. Lynn did my mani and pedi and did an amazing job. I would go back to her!

My go to nail bar. Service is good and it's rarely a very long wait. I recommend making an appointment.

This is probably the 4th time I've been to Triangle nails and every time I'm a little disappointed. I came here to get my nails done for my birthday party. The woman doing my manicure rushed through them very quickly and it shows. The color is amazing but they are all different lengths. And I wanted them to stay longer than my finger tips. The women who did my manicure and pedicure and the receptionist were all very kind and professional, just not satisfied with the work done.

This place is great if you catch them during a lull, HOWEVER-- be warned-- they over-book and over-agree to take appointments and walk-ins like crazy over the weekends. Although that is pretty standard practice for most nail salons, it is excessive here. I arrived at 6:45, they sat me down at 7 and started my pedicure at 7:30. The girl helping me was very kind; however, it was clear service was rushed and I would have much rather been told no or to come back another day, than to spend an hour and a half entry to exit.

Truthfully worse place. Got an acrylic polish on Friday, by Sunday half of the color was pealing off , the manager claimed it was because it didn't dry, but after waiting an hour for them to dry I'm not sure how much longer she wanted myself to wait.
Otherwise if you are looking for somewhere to relax, and have nails that will last longer than two days I recommend going elsewhere!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
