If I could give a negative 10, I would! Donna is extremely rude, and as a medical assistant was giving me medical advice! Dr. Shroll, whom I saw maybe 5 or 7 minutes, had no bedside manner. That visit they put someone else's name and label on my urine sample! Imagine if they put my name on someone abusing drugs!!! My blood pressure at the next appt. (A month later)was 183 systolic because of the pain I was in. No one cared. For a fracture line in my femoral head, torn labrum, and nearly non existent cartilage in my hip And torn lumbar disc, And a cervical disc pressing on my spinal cord, among many more disc problems all along my spine, I was given 300mg Gabapentin and Tylenol 3 in Dec.(3 Mri [11/20] reports in hand) Even though my 1st visit was in November they still wanted to have me go to another follow up in Jan! That's also with my Neurosurgeon, sending them his report Saying I needed injections and proper pain medicine. When i'd call I was only allowed to talk to Donna. I told her i felt i was having a reaction to Gabapentin and she said to stop taking it. When i asked if i could come in sooner to get a new rx, she said no. And when i asked why i was scheduled for another follow up instead of infections she said "well, Why didn't you ask the PA about it in person?" There is so much more she said, that I don't have the space for. Finally, when I called to cancel that January follow up, the girl asked why I was canceling. I told her it was Donna's rudeness, she said, "oh ya, everyone complains about her!" I asked to speak to the office manager and after being out on hold for 10-15 min. Someone came online and refused to give me her title. I asked her three times. She finally said she was with scheduling or something like that. So I didn't waste my time.
