Triple A Radiator

Order a radiator yesterday and it happened to be the wrong one. I came back to return it since I had bought one for my car the next day. The person who helped me was the same person from the day before. Made it clear that there was going to be a restocking charge for him if I didnt pick it up, but not for returns. He didnt seem too happy. I was being nice and said okay, Ill pay for the restocking fee of 10%. I paid $118.79. The transaction is still pending on my bank account. The guy gave me reciet of $100 and $100 in cash, so in reality i paid $18.79 for your restocking fee since I didnt get my taxes back. I didnt want to bug even more, since he already seemed irritated. I just took my money and left.
