The facility is beautiful. The x-ray and 3D scan was great. The dental hygienist was super friendly and knowledgeable. I got a consult and the Dr did a great job explaining everything. I was told that I was doing great with my dental hygiene and they'll follow up to see if we need additional services down the line. Then the billing lady came with a deep clean plan. I was told I'd get my teeth cleaned next time and pay much more bc it's a deep clean plan....and that's it..... I spent two hours there and didn't even get my teeth cleaned but they billed me for my 6 mos checkup -which should've included the cleaning....
I Never had this happen to me ever at a dental visit. They basically took my money and returned no service for it. Don't let the facade fool you. I'm going back to my old dentist.

Dr G thanks for the great Service. I Love My Smile Thanks To you and Your Staff. Your new hygienist made me feel so comfortable not nervous very warm and greeting... something that was used to with my last Dentist in California... I'm so glad I found you guys.

OMG! I had THE best dental experience of my life! I was planning to spend several hours at the office and that was not the case. I checked in got ready to sit down and and was called in the back for X-rays and photos. After that I was prepared to wait for Dr. G for ever...again not the case..he came right in. Finished with him and was told I had to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. Then the the person that does the billing came right in told gave me my treatment plan and asked if I wanted to have my cleaning done today. Yep they were able to get that done as well. Went right in and got that done as well! In and out in less than 2 hours! The patient experience was phenomenal! I highly recommend Trusted Dental. See you guys on Tuesday! Yep I'm going right back next week! I usually wait months before I go back.

Dr G and his team make you feel right at home even though normally I put off dental visits due to anxiety. He thoroughly took the time to recommend the best treatments and I am so happy that I like my teeth again!

I originally gave this doctor a 5 star review from our first visit because the first day we met him, he gave me an entire tour of his amazing little establishment and showed me the tools he used to treat his patients. And he and his staff were all smiles and friendly. But this changed for us today.

DO NOT come see this doctor unless you want to be treated like crap! This doctor ONLY cares about what he looks like on the google reviews and social media.

My daughter was in so much pain today as he was treating her. He failed to talk her thoroughly through the process, gave us no specific expectations, failed to comfort her as she was in pain, failed to explain post-procedure steps, failed to apologize to us and to my daughter. He nor his staff explained anything to me. Only to tell me that he recommends that I take my kids to a pediatric dentist then he just went straight into his little office.

He made it clear he did not want to treat my daughter. And this is after I asked his front desk to separate our appointments on different days so that I would be able to cover each visit. I saw him and his employee talk behind the counter before they pulled my daughter to the back, I am not sure what they were discussing but apparently it had to do with me requesting to move our appointments due to financial reasons. Although, I was fully prepared to cover the entire visit today for my daughter, he failed to give her the laughing gas even after I specifically told his front desk to give it to her. When I told her this, she gave me a snob look.

I am still trying to wrap my head around what happened at that appointment because I am not sure why he did what he did to her. He even took out a tooth instead of treating it. He explained nothing to us. Horrible doctor. I wish he would have told me from the start that he did not want to take us on instead of my putting my daughter through all that pain. I hope this doesn't traumatize her from seeing another dentist. Awful. Trusted Dental Care my ass. You cannot trust him or his staff.

I'll be watching to see how my daughter heals from this. There better not be more damage than what I can see today.

Do not mess with my kids! I don't care who you think you are!

I love Dr. G and his amazing staff! They take such good care of you, and are invested in you as an individual even remembering details of your life.

Where do you find that kind of service and care anymore? Maybe your hairdresser or pastor IF you're lucky!

I have had a LOT of dental work done by another dentist and need most of it redone, Dr G. Has been so patient and kind to me. They always work around my schedule and respect my time.

I am Dr. G's biggest fan and will never again go to another dentist. He and his staff go above and beyond the make you as comfortable as you can be! Oh and his shots don't even hurt!!

If every healthcare professional treated their patients like Dr. G and his staff do this world would be an amazing place! Try out Dr. G. I promise you you'll be a patient for life!

Went to Dr. G at Trusted Dental Care this week and was so pleased with the great patient care and overall experience I received. I was in search of a new Dentist and found him online though Google. Reviews were great so I booked my semi annual check up and cleaning appointment.

Process was easy and they accepted my insurance. I had no out of pockets costs; which was awesome. Office staff was very friendly. I was greeted the moment I arrived. My appointment was on time, which was recognized and appreciated.The practice was beautifully decorated and clean, Paperwork was simple and efficient. X-Rays were required since I was a new patient. Process was simple and painless.

Hygiene was quick and thorough. No issues raised or watchful areas. Dr. G's was super friendly. His bedside manner was awesome! He has a great energy and makes going to the dentist fun.

Overall, I was very pleased and would absolutely return. Thank you Dr. G!

Very sweet and friendly staff. Dr.G was honest and very attentive. I definitely recomend you pay them a visit! I booked appointments for 3 of my kiddos with this Dental office and told my 2 older kiddos to do so as well!
