Helpful, attentive, and friendly. Though they got me back to a room quickly, it was a considerable wait until a doctor saw me.

This is by far the worst emergency room I have ever visited to be honest. There is a nurse who claimed I tried to "push her" when I definitely did not do that and never have done that to any healthcare worker in my life. She also said I came at her physically, which is also a lie. She was standing at the edge of the bed, telling me I needed to sit down when I was trying to stand up. She had gotten closer to me than anyone in that emergency room. I believe her name is Adriaunna. I definitely see why most of the reviews at THIS emergency room are rated a one star.

I had a great experience with them. I guess I was lucky because my emergency happened after midnight on a Monday morning, and there weren't any people waiting - the lobby was empty when I arrived (thankful for that!), so I was seen right away. Everyone I encountered was pleasant from beginning to end and the Dr. I saw was able to help me get connected to Memorial Central emergency so they were expecting me. I get people are frustrated when they aren't well, but these folks did a great job of taking care of me and I was so happy I didn't have to wait. I hope I won't ever need to be seen by any emergency service again, but I wouldn't hesitate to come here if it was needed.

They took good care of me. They made sure I understood everything amd how to take care of myself when I was discharged!!! I do recommend!!

I came in today early and had one of the worst panic attacks of my life and couldn't calm down but the nurse Sarah and whoever the male doctor was with her helped so much and made me feel safe. I don't have family here so to have these professionals treat me so kindly and help me calm down meant a lot.

Horrible train of events happened and my body couldn't handle anything, started puking and someone helped me outside of Walmart and I started bleedjng at 20 weeks ..and everything was scary and dark and sick and I got pulled out of my dark cloud and reassured by people ....that I've never met. Granted, they are getting paid, but going above and beyond to make sure someone you don't even know is not just ok, but like GOOD you know? and well is what I think the whole world deserves to feel. And I made a realization, you have to leave who wouldn't do that for you, for people that will. Thank you for saving me from my past (that was slowly killing me).

The staff at the desk is very rude and ask you questions such a social, dob, address in front of a lobby full of patients which is definitely a HIPAA violation. The Dr's are not caring and pretty much just want you out. I was diagnosed with RSV last night after I had to request a test because the doctor didn't want to swab me. I have a 1 year old baby so obviously I'm very worried for her to get it. The nurse came in with discharge papers and said I was positive for RSV then just left the room and waited for me to leave. No questions were answered and I'm left in the dark on how to quarantine, etc. Obviously they only care about patient turnover and not actually helping patients In the long run. You might as well go to a regular ER where they actually help. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Avoid this "er" my husband went in because of a allergic reaction with hives and a bite , with extreme pain and burning. The dr comes in and says maybe it's allergies from the wind... wait what?! He didn't get hives till he was hit by some insect ! And also proceeded to say " well I have no idea cause I just don't know at this point all I would be doing is guessing cause I just have no clue what to say and all we do here at this ER is deal with life or death situations . Wow . Keep in mind we went at 11:45 no urgent care open . In a lot of pain , and having a reaction all over his neck and body and that's what we were left with .

Sat in the waiting room for over two hours while people were being called back who were after me. When asked why i was told "it's what the doctor wants" i'm not sure what I needed to say when checking in after stating how i'm extremely dehydrated and burning up with a fever. A lady who was on her phone in the waiting room laughing and having a phone call the whole time was called back before me. This place needs to re evaluate there system.

I'm the caregiver for my mom. She was sick so I took her here. I waited in the waiting room because I trusted the nurses and/or doctors know what they are doing. I was wrong. I should have went in with her. They bruised her badly and she developed an infection from the work they performed on her. Apparently they forced the wrong sized needles in her arm which ruptured her blood vessels and she bled under the skin (causing hematoma), now she has to take antibiotics. It would be nice if an ER had experienced, professional staff instead of ones that don't know or care. You should be able to trust an ER. Don't go here. This place is a flipping joke.
