      I went to this urgent care in January after dropping a heavy item on my foot. They took X-rays and were prompt, efficient and courteous. The doctor was polite and helpful. I appreciate how close it is to our home in Peyton.

      I really didn't want to leave a review but after talking to my family the recommended I do so in order for others to make an informed decision on if they should go here or not.
      I was seen Tuesday, September 13th. That morning I went online to make an appointment to be seen at 4:00pm with their urgent care services because I am a nurse and I know that without appointments, you typically end up waiting much longer.

      3:45pm comes around and my husband drives me to the clinic. I have just had a positive Covid test so I did not want to go inside to expose anyone in the lobby (yes I was wearing a mask, but it's common curtesy to wait in your car when you have COVID). I called to let them know I was there but was put on hold after waiting 5 minutes. I then watched the front counter, while still being on hold, where new patients would come in and check-in, at least 5 new people checked in while I was on hold just trying to tell them "hey I have Covid and I'm here for my appointment", I was on hold for around 25minutes before asking my husband to go inside with a mask and tell them my situation. I finally got checked in thanks to my husband going inside.

      About 25minutes after being checked in, I got a text to come inside. The medical assistant was extremely sweet, I appreciate her kindness.
      For a back story, I just moved to Colorado from Washington three weeks prior, and just went to Florida to visit family along with an anniversary cruise we went on, so this is my first time seeing any medical professional in the state of Colorado. The doctor comes in and the first thing he says is "I saw you a couple days ago" and I'm just confused considering I wasn't even in Colorado a few days ago. He made a face as if I was a "frequent flier" and said "uh huh, well i see you're in a boot for your foot" .. I also had foot surgery this summer in Washington, but I was not being seen for my foot. I was being seen for my positive Covid test and horrible symptoms.
      I rerouted the conversation by stating I just moved here, I had both foot surgeries over the summer before moving, I am fine in that department, I just wear my boot because my foot isn't healed perfectly yet.
      Anyway, I tell him I took 3 Covid tests on Monday, one was positive but the last two were negative and my husband is negative. I have a very painful sore throat, I can't stop coughing, my fevers are 101.4F, my body hurts to the touch and even a shower hurts me, I'm just all around miserable and can't function. He didn't even get a Covid test, just said we're treating you as a positive, but he also did a strep test which was weird. I really would have liked a Covid test to make sure, but maybe they were running low. I ended up buying more on Amazon and used those after, which ended up being positive.
      Treatment comes around and he gives me a single dose of Decadron which is a steroid that they gave me in the office and a whopping 500mg Tylenol (which I had Tylenol in my purse that I was waiting to take until after they took my temperature). He said the Dex was for my throat, sure why not, I'll try anything at this point I'm in that much pain. My prescriptions going home we're a inhaler (which I have already from when the fires happen in seattle) and then Tessalon perles which are essentially the same thing as a little water filled gel capsule. I asked is there anything I can take to help me sleep and the coughing, he said the Tessalon perles.. which I have taken before when I was sick and they did nothing for me. He said I am not allowed to take Robitussin night time with the Tessalon perles, which is odd because there's no adverse reactions when taking the two. I just wanted to get out of there so because I already knew what this man wanted to treat me with would not help at all and now I've just wasted money. For my first experience seeking medical care in Colorado, I was extremely disappointed. Last night I didn't sleep at all, probably the Dex and albuterol not making it any better, and shocker that the Tessalon perles are doing nothing. I'm now coughing up blood tinged phlegm from the back of my throat that's raw and painful, it hurts to cough because I've been coughing so much, all I want is some relief.. I'm just begging for relief at this point. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for urgent care needs because I left the same way I came in - in pain, miserable, sick, and exhausted, nothing has helped and I wish I would have went to the Falcon Urgent Care instead.

      Absolutely terrible clinic. Lying drs and staff who do not care to help their patients. Went in for help with a car crash last night.12 hrs ago called for help with pharmacy. They cancelled the medication. Front desk broad rolling her eyes at me. Kept me on hold 20 minutes then picked up and hung up. Screened my calls and when I called from a different number answered on first ring. Nothing good or helpful about this place.

      I went into this urgent care for what I thought may have been altitude sickness. Chest pains were one of the symptoms so they preformed an EKG. I was told that I was having a heart attack and to go to the ER. Once at the ER the nurses looked at my EKG and scoffed that the urgent care would have sent me to the ER. The ER nurses said that the urfect care just read the text that the EKG provided and didn't know how to actually read the graph. This misdiagnosis has cost me thousands of dollars for the ER visit. I have nothing against the staff who were very nice and accommodating. I just think that maybe the physician's assistants can get more training so when things like this happen, we can trust the diagnosis.

      First I would like to send a direct and personal thank you so very, very much to the Provider Coolidge-Yee for such and amazing and unforgettable experience for myself and my daughter with all that is and has been going on during these stressful and uncertain times. We were so worried and scared that we thought she had contracted COVID again it was an emotional landslide with a roller coaster in the mix. Once she came in and spoke with us I have never felt so at ease and calm with a situation as I'm sure anyone reading this understands when it comes to your children and medical issues it's an extremely emotional and stressful ordeal. I just hope and pray that anyone who has to come in here for whatever reason gets to be seen and have Nurse Practitioner Coolidge-Yee as their provider. I also hope she becomes a permanent staff member here and not just another fill in or temp if so, whoever runs this clinic needs to do everything in their power to try and keep her here. Again thank you so much for making us feel like family. Greatest medical experience ever!!!!

      If I could give no stars I would- communication and customer service is HORRIBLE- if you expect to be seen- don't show up for your RESERVATION time til 2 hours after you're supposed to be there. As far as covid goes, they keep non covid patients in the same 10x20 foot lobby as those who suspect they have covid or are even experiencing covid like symptoms. Complete disregard for patient wellness and comfort, time or care. I will be going back to Falcon Urgent Care where they have always taken care of us as best as possible- I only came here because of sheer stupidity thinking maybe they'd have the service I thought our daughter or any patient deserves. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
