UCHealth Urgent Care - Garden of the Gods

I used the reservation system and was treated on time in an extremely friendly and competent manner by front staff. PA Chris was thorough and clear in his diagnosis and explanation. I got everything including X-rays and was done much quicker than I expected. Definitely recommend.

I utilized the reservation system. I was roomed within 5 minutes of sitting. All staff including Dr. Logan were great. I was seen, given X-Rays, received my diagnosis and was out in under 1.5 hours. What more could I ask for???

The staff are very nice and attentive. Yes, they are short staffed, like everywhere else right now, but they make sure to let you know they are, that there may be a wait, and try to get you in for quality healthcare as soon as they can.

Was dealing with extremely painful throat issues. Was told I had COVID and it needed up being something else and was in the worst pain of my life for 3 days. Horrible experience

Staff was awesome, friendly and professional. The office was clean and COVID safe. I went in around 8pm on a weeknight because I had slammed my hand in a car door. Boo! I was in and out in under an hour (including X-rays and stitches). Visit was even more brief when I went back to have stitches removed. Very grateful
For the efficient but excellent care I received.

Fantastic service from front office to medical staff. My wife had a bad case of altitude sickness. Before I finished the paperwork, she was in a room being triaged. Incredibly fast! The nurses and PA were the best. The care was far above excellent! Many thanks for explaining everything in layman's terms for us flatlanders!

Friendly, but incompetent.
They'll diagnose you before you walk in the door, regardless of your pain level or what you say.
This place is just more mass-produced 'medicine'.

Compassionate and excellent care. They moved patients along through waiting area well, offered thorough options and upfront about their office's limitations compared to ER. PA Chris was fantastic with our toddler, wonderful bedside manner and so helpful with education for us as parents for follow-up. Kara was also delightful.

I called this morning when they opened and made an appointment for 12:30, simply for a physical and 2 titer drawn. There was only one other guy in the waiting room when I came in. One o'clock rolls around and now there is 6 people in the waiting room. People start getting called back & now I am the only one In the waiting room, minus one lady who just came in. This is ridiculous, why make an appointment if everyone ahead of me is going to go in. I'm an hour behind my appointment schedule- with another appointment ahead of me shortly after this one. I wouldn't come here for a broken bone, this place is very unorganized. I didn't get out of there until almost 2:30!!!!!!! 2 hours of waiting for my appointment.
