UCHealth Urgent Care - Johnstown

I went in after a rapid test for covid came back positive. In my exam, my physician was not masked and asked me to pull down my mask so she could look in my throat. I mentioned she was not masked, she gave me an incredibly joker-esque smile and laughed as she said "im good" and had me remove my mask. Pcr test confirmed I have covid. I feel sorry for anyone she saw after me and how she may have spread the virus to her vulnerable patients. There was an INFANT waiting to be seen in the lobby! I also didn't appreciate them disregarding my lived experience or speaking over how well I know my body. I've had chronic pain and respiratory problems my entire life, I know more about my body than them and don't appreciate the dismissiveness or minimization. Will not be returning.

Got my COVID PCR test here and they were so quick and efficient. Easy to schedule an appointment through my health connection and quick and easy once I got there. They came right out to my car and swabbed and done!

I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff at the Johnstown Urgent Care. They were professional and kind. We were seen immediately and the provider listened intently to the complaints of my boys and listened to my concerns. I am incredibly grateful for Brittany Hunter and the entire staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my boys.
