Much better than the urgent care facility across the street. I was seen quickly, and they had the equipment and personnel to properly diagnose and treat my broken and dislocated finger. Very nice people, too.

This is the worst medical facility I have ever seen. Nothing but a rip off and medical personnel who have no clue on patient care. NOTHING like the one in Aurora co.

I hurt my back so I decided to try urgent care. They said it would probably be about 1.5 hours before they could get me in. So I came back 1.5 hours later. They took x-rays and game me some prescriptions. They gave me a prescription for some steroids, ibuprofen, muscle relaxers and Tylenol. Her directions were to follow the directions for the steroids and the muscle relaxers which I did. Then she said to alternate between the Tylenol and ibuprofen. Then she said do not take the ibuprofen while taking the steroids. I have to take the steroids for 6 days so I can't take any ibuprofen for six days! The directions also said if I have had liver problems (which I have) to avoid taking the Tylenol! Now I have no viable option for pain relief!

This review is not about the facility but the billing. I had to take my daughter there for treatment. They failed to Bill my insurance company correctly and I got stuck with the fee. I have called the billing office 4 times since treatment in April and it still is not resolved. Because they are unable to do their job correctly I am out financially.
I would not typically write a review like this but I am hoping that it gets sent and I can get a resolution as this has now dragged on for 6 months.
Last time I called I am feeling I was totally given the runaround by the person on the phone and nothing that was promised was done.
So frustrated!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We have been here twice in the last year and both times have been by far the most efficient Urgent Care experience we've ever had. Both times, we were able to make an appointment online ahead of time and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!

October 17 I had a prescription order from my PCP to get covid testing. They are open on Saturday Sunday drive through until 2 PM. Got there they were very fission the line was not very long. Everybody was very attentive polite they were on task they were very efficient. They got me and got me out. They told me results will come back within 3 to 5 days. With an accuracy of 97%. The next morning October 18 I have my test results By 6 AM. Hats off congrats to the team at this UCHealth urgent care And the testing team. Hats off to the lab.
Great customer service it was worth the drive from Westmister to Longmont.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

In April, I came to UCHealth Longmont Urgent Care while in town for a family funeral. I was seen relatively quickly and treated for an infection. The PA gave me a prescription for an antibiotic based on initial in-house testing. She said that she also sent a sample out to an external lab for additional testing. The PA told me UCHealth Urgent Care would call me early the following week with the lab results. UCHealth Urgent Care did not call me with the results. The antibiotic prescribed by the PA did not successfully treat the infection. I went to my PCP. She formally requested the lab results from UCHealth Urgent Care in Longmont. She never received a response, and conducted a second set of lab tests. Now UCHealth Urgent Care is billing me for lab tests that may or may not have been conducted. I have no evidence that they were. If they were conducted I am paying for a second set of lab tests that were unneccsary.

This was the single worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. The doctor came in, saw me for less then thirty seconds and then sent me on my way with a prescription? Maybe? He gave me no details. Did not give me any advice or what even the issue was and essentially kicked me out the door. The front desk people where great, the nurse was great, but that doctor shouldn't be practicing medicine if he can't even take two seconds to explain what he was doing. He did randomly press on my neck that caused pain but seemed to not be concerned and booted me out the door.

I was there a few weeks ago; set up for the first appointment of the morning. I was seen quickly and was taken care of by Dr. Bush, who was thorough and attentive. I was out of there with my prescription which was promptly filled and home before 9.30. They called me a couple of days later with lab results and to make sure I was doing okay.
We were also there a few weeks before when my son sliced his finger open, and though we had to wait a while as they were busy he also received good care. Would definitely recommend.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

If you have a sore throat, they don't do throat Cultures. Only a Strep A rapid test. I've needed antibiotics for Strep C and G in the last two years. Only one of the 3 cases of strep I got where strain A. Other strains of strep besides A can still damage your heart If untreated. Remember the sister who dies in Little Women- that's what used to happen before we could test and treat strep. ive never heard of any clinic NOT sending of throat cultures. Go anywhere else but here.
